Don't bank here!!I went into the branch to ask questions about opening an account, had a promotion code for $300 for switching over. the fine print read that the code worked online and in the branch. I asked 3 times if they used the promotion code, I was told yes.Now, 120 days later the code was never put in, I called customer service and basically I do not get the promotion because the person who opened the account didn't put the code in. I cannot prove it so they will not honor it.The branch manager just threw her hands up in the air and said sorry. Customer service told me to have a nice day.Bottom line, don't waste your time on broken promises like I did.
