“Pedro probably saved our lives. We were in town to swap cars with our kid. She had been complaining that the cars rear tire was making weird noises since Tire Kingdom replaced it the prior week. I heard the grinding noise and took it back to TK. They said it was either the shock or the bearings, and that it was safe to drive home. So we were leaving Tally for home, a 5 hour drive south on interstate 75, when I decided to get a second opinion. I called Pedro's Auto, told them the situation and they said to bring it by. Man, am I glad we did. Pedro himself checked it out and had it diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. The wheel was about to fall off. We would have been toast if the tire had fallen off going 70 mph. “Great experience, would recommend.I have a 2014 Chevy Express Van, and not every mechanic can work on it being it is 8600 lbs. Auto Xperts were able to make an appointment for me to drop it off within a week of my calling them. They were pretty busy, so weren't able to get to my van the day of drop off, but were working on it early the next day.I needed a brake inspection to determine wear on all 4 brake pads and rotors, and needed the back passenger door latch repaired due to a rod having become unseated in the assembly and causing issues.These guys could have easily suggested I replace all 4 pads and rotors and I wouldn't have known the difference. The van still has its original pads on, with over 75% wear left. They were exceedingly honest and upfront, letting me know the age and wear levels and providing their own recommendation (If it wasn't squeaking or vibrating, they should still be good with current wear levels for now.). So they could have gotten me for 500-800 of brake work, but instead just charge me an hour for the shop time and another hour of shop time in fixing my back door lock assembly. They had to remove the door panel and fix the actuator rod, then put it back together. You cannot tell they did it, other than the previously broken latch is now fully functional.They clearly communicated the status of the repair via text as it was progressing and I felt well informed throughout.These folks are now my go to mechanic for anything on my vehicle.”

“My engine light was on and my dad thought it was the fuel pump. I took my car to Eagle automotive and they, in fact, informed me that it was not the fuel pump that needed to be replaced...it was something else. Instead of charging me to replace the fuel pump, they were honest and told me exactly what I needed. I had my car towed over because it would not start but soon after the part (that was actually needed) was replaced I was very relieved, happy, and thankful it started right up! They finished the repair in a timely manner too. AAMCO identified the issue and replaced my spark plugs and motor mount for a fair price.
