“I scheduled to drop my car off on Monday night to have work done on Tuesday. My work was completed on Tuesday by 3:00pm. Work consisted of replacing left and right CV axle and sway bar replacement on both sides as well. Mr. Thompson made this process as smooth as possible for me and the customer service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them and now they have a lifetime customer with me. At the other auto repair shop they gave me bill for $2300 saying I had a leak and etc but at Pedro’s they double checked all the system and said there was no leak and fixed my AC for about $200…. “I recently had my 2019 Ford Transit 350HD conversion van serviced for a rear differential rebuild. I called ahead to confirm if they could take a look at my van, which was making a humming noise that was hard to pinpoint. They told me to bring it in on Wednesday morning. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and received a call around 10:00 AM informing me that the rear differential needed to be rebuilt.
After diagnosing the van, they asked me to pick it up and bring it back once the parts arrived. I got a call on Friday afternoon letting me know the parts had arrived. I dropped off the van last Monday and got it back Tuesday morning. This is the first time I didn't need to call for a status update. Great service!”

“Bobs is my new go-to for any of my future transmission work. I recently took my 2003 mustang in for a whole new clutch assembly as I felt (and heard) mine was going out. As a student, finding a shop that’s flexible, affordable, and friendly is a top priority for me. I decided on Bobs based on their location and years of experience, and they also accepted installing my own provided parts, which is very generous and hard to find these days. It can always be a gamble getting major work done on your car, especially when it’s an essential tool to you. The team at bobs made me feel at ease as soon as I called them on the phone, Melinda was very nice and assured me they could do the work I needed. I dropped it off a few mornings later, and sure enough a few days later I got the call my car was finished! Drives smooth as butter, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
