Buyer beware. You are better off ordering your ski gear online, at least you might be able to return it if you get home and it doesn't fit. I bought a pair of ski pants that were on sale. Got home and decided I didn't like the way they fit. Tried to return them and Trail and Ski wouldn't take them back because they were "on sale" when I bought them. So much for my $150. Do yourself a favor and shop ANYWHERE else.

Nothing has changed. Two people in the store one stayed on the phone for a while and the other was helping another customer.Response. The phone call sounded like it was a personal phone conversation on their cell phone. If it was a customer then I applaud your efforts for their on getting to know their customers EXTREMELY well. ?. Don't worry it is not just your location as customer service is a lost art. We have grown use to just pushing a button on an electronic device and having it sent directly to us.Yes the salesperson working with the customer did ask if we needed anything and directed us to where the item was. Your other sales person finally ended their phone call and did not say anything as we walk rifbt pass them and out the door.So you tell me?

My daughter was going to be shipped out for basic 2.5 weeks from the time she joined the Army. We were panicking because no store including Amazon was able to get her snow gear (jacket, gloves,etc) to us in time. One call and Scott not only got together an assortment of items but he was able to deliver it in time. His expertise in the area of what she needed was just what a mama needed and we are so very thankful for him. This is the customer service that everyone deserves and this is exactly what Trail and Ski delivered!!

Decent selection of apparel however young staff is hardly engaging and if you need to use a rest room, be prepared to walk across the parking lot!Its one thing if you legitimately do not have a rest room, but when pressed, admit you’re really just to arrogant to share your facilities with your customers is offensive and reinforces why the “Shop Local” campaign struggles.

Very helpful and lots of cool gear. Madelyn (sp?) spent extra time with me to show me the best way to pack my pack. The shoes I bought had manufacture defect but exchanging them was hassle free.

I bought a rain jacket with the help of Alexis who was professional, knowledgeable and very engaging. After I got home I realized I didn't like the feel of the inside, so I went back the next day. Alexis gladly made the exchange and I got a jacket I love!! Great customer service. I will be going back for sure.

I was super excited to buy a new pair of sandals. My husband and I were completely ignored, I guess the girl working there didn't like people of Indian origin as she immediately helped a girl that came after us. The store was completely empty. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Super upsetting experience. I just left after not being greeted when I walked into the store. I stood at the shoes waiting for someone to help me. Another customer walked into the store and went to the shoes and was immediately helped. We asked the girls name that was working there and she told us her name was Alexis. She had red hair. I don't know why we were completely ignored. I was planning on buying a pair of Chacos luckily I can do that online. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Not sure how they can stay in business ignoring customers. Also, the store was completely empty. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Worst customer service. I was completely ignored while another customer that came in after me was helped immediately. I guess I didn't have the right clothes on or didn't look like I wanted to shop here. Super upsetting experience
