Check the prices. They do not honor the sales sign and they don't always pull the old ones down

Word to the wise, don't order a generator from Tractor Supply before a hurricane. We ordered a generator and had it shipped to the store. It was delivered on 9/25/24. They called that day and said they received it, and in my email confirmation it said it would be held until 10/9/24. Due to the concern for our family's safety, we evacuated on 9/25/24. I received an email this morning on 9/27/24, the day after the hurricane, stating my order was returned successfully. When I called the store, they said it was on an auto cancellation list, which I was NEVER told, and it was returned and sold to someone else. Now I have to extend my stay away from my home that does not have power because I have no way to keep my daughter's milk and food cold. I'm so unbelievably disappointed in the horrible customer service. We will never shop there again.

My business and I have ended our relationship with the two Tractor Supply locations in Tallahassee. App un-installed and neighbor account deactivated. If y'all join us back in the 21st century where we care about each other and the planet, maybe we'll see you again some day.

I cannot say enough great things about this tractor supply! The dog wash is amazing and saves my back from bending over the tub at home. All you have to take is your fur baby and towels are given to you before you go back and all shampoo, conditioner, apron, brushes, etc are provided. Best $10.00 I have ever spent and after so many washes you get a free wash. My pup loves it!

Went to use dog washing station. I have a bigger and older dog so I wanted to make sure that there weren't any other big dogs already being washed. There happened to be one in there so I walked around with my dog till the others would be done to make sure neither dogs would become too excited. As I was waiting. The staff sent another person back to the station. I was irritated that there was not a count of how many people were using the station at once. Do they not keep track of how many stations they have available? I thought Tractor Supply was a good fit because it's for people who care for their pets and they would keep track of things. But now, if they are not keeping track of how many people/dogs have used their facilities. How am I sure that they are cleaning everything properly and regularly. Is the station and tools (if provided) cleaned before each individual dog is washed? Something as simple as a check in and out list would be highly appreciated. Yet I will not be coming back because of this experience.

My husband (a disabled veteran) and I visited this store location today. We were purchasing feed for our livestock. Upon exiting the store I overheard an employee complaining to another customer about her work day. The employee stated that people were being rude today (Memorial Day) and referenced an earlier customer who inquired about a veterans discount. The employee claimed that she rudely explained to the active veteran customer that Memorial Day was for the fallen, not the active.I normally do not interject but this was a hill I was willing to die on. I walked up with the Tractor Supply website on my phone to show her the reason the active veteran inquired was because the website claims to give a 15% discount to veterans on 2 holidays..Veterans Day and Memorial Day.The employee gave me a look of disdain as I walked away. This Tractor Supply location needs to do better!

On three separate occasions I've had concerns or complications not caused by Tractor Supply that they took ownership of as if it was their problem. On two of those occasions it became clear to me that the manager, Austin, really cares about the business being conducted in his store and in all three of those occasions, the staff went over and above to make sure I was squared away. Thank you, Staff of Tallahassee East.

I went by to get an item that inventory said they had 10 on hand. When I got there they were all being used for baby chicks and an employee said he would call to see if a nearby store had one, but he didn't and then helped him the customer and walked away.

I called to see which female breeds of chicks they have available, the employee said that she doesn't know, she's at the register and I can come in and look... I would have been happy to wait on hold or call back rather than drive 20 minutes... I don't think that's very good customer service, I did not call on the weekend or normally busier hours.

Solid store with a helpful and friendly staff. Issues I have with Tractor Supply are corporate - they price gouge like they're a local small business trying to stay afloat with higher prices, but it's a huge corporation, and they certainly deal with giant stock orders. So the high prices are because they CAN, not because they have to. Can't blame the staff for that, so when I'm willing to pay 10-15% higher than other places, but don't want to drive across town, I find myself going to TSC.

Great selection of wild bird seeds, mealworms, and pet food. Very helpful staff. They found a wallet I had lost and contacted me before I knew it was gone!

The most helpful staff anywhere. Helped find fencing and delivered it with the concrete. Scheduled at my convenience, not theirs.

Like many companies Tractor Supply has learned how to bleed the most out of their customers for instance I simply wanted to buy five gallon buckets which I thought on the internet was listed for $2.50 each but when I got to the store they were $4.50 each without lids. The lids were $2.50 extra each so this is what is going on in America today the American public is being ripped off by their own companies so that we can send money overseas to help other countries and to prop up the illegal aliens crossing our borders was Healthcare and housing
