I couldn’t get a finance company to finance me. My credit was fine. I had a good cosigner. Their credit was fine. I put more money down like they told me. I just could not get a finance company to finance me, but when it came to return my money in the finance department told me that I had to pay them for the mileage of the car that was mines since they took the car back I couldn’t get my money back. It had to be someone in account to do it, but charging me for the mileage on a car that I thought was mines you make bad mint business for Toyota for Peter Bower Toyota shaking my head how many other people you did like that but God allow me to go over your head and get my money back. The company is not a bad company, but the company have bad people work for.them

I was charged incorrectly there was a deal for the month of July 68 dollars for oil change I was charged 90 the only reason I paid 65.00 was because I had a 25.00 discount for being a loyal member.it should have been 43 but I had already been over changed because I had to remind them my tire rotation was free because they are under warranty. You can't make an appointment online but your required to have an appointment because they are so booked up. Lol it's always a hassle I rather drive all the way to panamacity or thomasville

I cannot say enough good things about my salesmen, CALVIN!!!!!! He was extremely helpful and did EVERYTHING he could to get me in my Kia K5. Y’all go see Calvin. The finance manager Zac was also very helpful as well as (I think his name is..) DAVID. THANK YALL SO MUCH!!! ??

My bumper had come unclipped on the passenger's side on my brand new car, so I brought it in to be fixed and detailed. My car is now scratched from being fixed and detailed (twice), and I was told I ran over a curb (which I didn't). When I made the appointment, I was told I could just drop off my car and get shuttled back to work, so I made my appointment at 11:45. When I showed up, I dropped my car off and was approached right away by a representative of At Home Auto Glass inside the service bay who told me I needed my windshield replaced immediately, so she took me to call my insurance company. When she'd finished making my appointment, she told me I just needed to sit down and wait for my service advisor instead of taking me to them. (Side Note: my new windshield is "shaded" and I'm told I need to have it re-tinted myself.) I assumed she worked with the dealership, but now I'm not so sure. I felt like just a quick catch. The service is done, but I feel almost taken advantage of and I'm hopeful my rates won't go up despite the promises I was made.
After, I went and found a service advisor, was told mine could order me an Uber, and shown my advisor's desk was. My advisor ordered the Uber for me. Later, I had to call to find out my car was ready, and when I came back to pick up my car, it was scratched under the driver's side door and still visibly dirty (dirt in water tracks dirty). My sales advisor (Nitrell) was VERY apologetic and told me he would take it back to be detailed a second time and that he thought the scratch was just a scuff of dirt that would come off. After the mediocre second detailing, the scratches were still there and I am now concerned I will be held responsible for damaging the car since it's a lease.

They saved my vacation! After traveliing El Paso, Dallas, Hope, and Huntsville, my hybrid malfunction light came on upon nearing Tallahassee during our long 6k-mile trip. Rented a car, drove the hybrid to the closed service center, moved everything to the rental, left the key under the mat, and doors open, got a hotel and slept. Headed out early for The Florida Keys and called the service center. Mike Bryan is our hero! We returned from the Bahamas cruise about a week later, and our vehicle was ready to contine on to D.C., NYC, Niagara, Toronto, Chicago, St. Louis, K.C. Denver, and home to El Paso TX.
