The doctors are great, but the response to leaving a message is lacking. I have left messages at different times in my treatment over the years...not once has my request to a phone call has been returned. To me it's useless to say leave a message for medical staff when it doesn't mean anything!

The front staff is nice and efficient but answering phone and talking to other patients while they are registering you and taking your money. I accidentally inserted my card before the prompt and the gal constantly reminded me I didn’t do it right and she had to reboot everything. Very unprofessional to blame the patient/customer when they are hurting and maybe not totally focused. The X-ray tech was super sweet and I did not have to wait but a few minutes to see the doc. I ended up with a sprained ankle so nothing critical but I felt that the medical staff listened and were more than professionally competent.

They are awesome! Dr.Durgin, done my husband's knee replacement and Dr. Nelson gives me steroid injection in my hand. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. Very satisfied!

Absolutely awesome. Probably the fastest doctor visit ever. I had an injection of hydrocortisone in my tennis el ow, I was back in business, and almost 100% pain free.

P.A-C John Schick was absolutely amazing. He listen to all my concerns. He even took the time out to explain how the meds work to help relieve my pain and he also ensured me an appt on the books immediately for my original doctor with no questions. And I got it the next day ! He's a great physician and very thorough as well as thoughtful. I hope others get to experience his commitment to the patient care. Thank you P.A. John I hope I always get you when I'm in urgent need.

The thing I like most is having an accessible place to go and get someone to listen to my concerns. Then that ear tries to find an accommodation to start with a minimally invasive treatment to address the immediate need. Perfect service!

TOC has taken care of me for 17 years. They have always treated me with quality care. Over the years I have watched them grow and change to be able to offer the latest equipment and procedures . All changes are to serve us patients better.I have never known another medical service organization that could compete with TOC. Thanks to them, I have had a wonderful quality of life.

I have severe arthritis and Auto Immune Disease and use a wheelchair, Mr. Nelson, C-PA and the staff of TOC Now was very accommodating. They did their best to make things comfortable while doing x-rays and examinations. When you live with constant pain, you are gracious for any empathy or sympathy. Thank you so much.

I had a knee injury from running.I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP so I could get back to running. I went to the TOC walk-in facility. They X-rayed my knee and Jacob gave me a shot.My knee has felt good ever since.The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I have been to TOC severally times in the past. I have always enjoyed the same great service and care.

Jarod Johnson did a wonderful job of helping me with a cortisone shot to my right knee yesterday. 85 percent of the pain has been alleviated. He explained the procedure well and answered all my questions. I would recommend him highly to assist you. Thanks much

Lots of easy parking, great new facility with free guest internet, and a great staff. Jared Johnson, P.A.-C was great and treated me professionally and with great bedside manner. TOC is the place you don't want to go to, but if you have an injury you sure are glad they are in Tallahassee.

Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Once in the room with the PA, I felt very rushed. When I was given my prognosis, I was shocked and needed a moment to process. The PA did not explain things to me and because I was in shock, I didn’t know what to ask. I feel like the PA should have went over which bone was fractured and given me insight on what my limitations were. I was just very rushed and was given no explanation of the injury. I had to ask him to write the name of the bone down, which he seemed bothered with. The gentleman who came to fit me for the sling was very helpful and accommodating.If a person is injured and by themselves, the one handling the patient should help them understand what exactly the injury is and the function of the injured part and why it’s important to follow through with the recommendations given.
