“The only shop I have found in my area this isn't a Nissan dealership that is willing/able to put my Nissan 370z on a lift. Tires are great and I got a better price than the other places I called for a quote. Only con to this place is they are a smaller location and can't carry a bunch of different tire sizes on site. So more odd tire sizes like my own have to be brought in from their warehouse, which can take a couple days.”
“Brought my vehicle in because I thought I had issues with the brakes and a tire, after lifting my ride into the air and spending a substantial amount of time checking it out I was told the previous tire shop didn't replace the valve stem when they should have... This shop replaced the valve stem free of charge and sent me on my way... Top notch service here”

“My check engine light came on after I had my oil changed with Chevrolet service center in Quincy. I took it back and he said the part was on back order but I found out that it wasn't the part that I needed. I took it to Champion Chevrolet on Tennessee St. In Tallahassee and that's when I found out that it needed a whole gas tank due to the sensor inside the tank but they couldn't fix it because the warranty would've collapsed. He recommended me to take it to Chevrolet GMC on Capital Circle NE. I was.tired of driving so I took it back to my hometown Chevrolet GMC and they still did fix the problem. Finally I made an appointment with Chevrolet GMC in Tallahassee on Capital Cir. N.E. they told me it needed a turbine and gas tank. It took the parts two days to come in. They kept it for a week and went over everything to make sure they fixed every detail. BRI called me Monday to pick it up. I made the right choice and will be going back for all my services. My service team Brianna Rowan was great at keeping me updated about my car. Thanks to the mechanics that worked on it.”

He made sure the vehicle was delivered to us in a timely manner and he gave us a very good tutorial on how everything works. Regarding our past vehicles he has been prompt and went to great lengths to get the service we required. He has fulfilled each of his commitments. We would also like to give recognition to the F&I Manager Jamie Crum for getting us a lower interest rate than first quoted.”

Super friendly and attentive to my explanation and concerns, gave mea detailed rundown of what needed to be done and the cost and why to trouble shoot and find the problem. At the end of the day the work was done in a great timely period and the cost was more than reasonable. They will be getting future work from myself and family because it was my dad's truck they fixed, he is handicapped and they were very accommodating. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone . “I scheduled to drop my car off on Monday night to have work done on Tuesday. My work was completed on Tuesday by 3:00pm. Work consisted of replacing left and right CV axle and sway bar replacement on both sides as well. Mr. Thompson made this process as smooth as possible for me and the customer service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them and now they have a lifetime customer with me. “Highly recommend!!! The customer service Rob provided to me was equivalent to that of a business owner when interacting with his highest paying customer. He called me and gave me frequent updates on the vehicle, he reviewed every speck of it and even sent an employee to Midway to pick up necessary parts. And best of all, after fixing 6 or 7 issues on the vehicle, he still had it back to me within 24 hours of me dropping it off!! On top of that… he gave us a 2-year WARRANTY!
There are times when people and businesses are praised for being average and simply doing things that they should be doing anyway… this isn’t one of those times. “They’re cheap, they’re also quite helpful I got a tire for my car at a GREAT price looks practically brand new( still had hairs on it) the next day after buying the tire it was dead flat. Turns out there was a very thin finnish nail in the tire! The Owner assured me he would fix it and they did so quickly would HIGHLY recommend!”

“I had the best experience today at Mavis Tires & Brakes on N. Magnolia Dr. I got a flat tire over the weekend and had to change it myself. I took the flat tire to Mavis to get it fixed. They did me right! They fixed the flat while I waited, swapped the fixed tire with the spare, and put the spare back where it belongs. The best part...no charge!! I am a happy, repeat customer. My next set of tires will be purchase, installed, and maintained at Mavis Tires & Brakes on N. Magnolia Dr.”
