I scheduled to drop my car off on Monday night to have work done on Tuesday. My work was completed on Tuesday by 3:00pm. Work consisted of replacing left and right CV axle and sway bar replacement on both sides as well. Mr. Thompson made this process as smooth as possible for me and the customer service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them and now they have a lifetime customer with me. Thanks again Le-Rone!!!

I was visitiny Tallahassee over the holidays when my vehicle started having issues. Needing service quickly in order to return home, I began calling mechanics. Most businesses were closed. The businesses that were open didn't have any availability until the following week. When I spoke with Lavone at Thompson Auto he said he didn't have any availability until Tuesday of the following week. I asked that he pencil me in for that time. He then asked where I was located and when I told him where I was, he asked if I could bring the vehicle in now. I did. Not only was the service exceptional the price was more than fair, and his family was wonderfully welcoming. I would refer this place to anyone seeking help with their vehicle.

My check engine light came on. I checked around and Thompson Auto Repair service offered the best diagnostic price, and they could do the check that day. When I asked how much the repair would cost, my ears sent a happy message to my wallet. My engine check light has vanished, and so has my anxiety. The people at Thompson Auto Repair Services are just a pleasure to be around them.

I've been having this family owned and operated business fix my vehicles for years. Ever since college I was referred by a friend and have continued to do business with them. They specialize in just about everything relating to a vehicle and if they don't they actually tell you parts cost along with the labor costs so you won't be taken advantage of. The entire staff is family so it's a great warm atmosphere as well. I highly recommend them.
