Great people and did great work. Had a challenging wheel issue that now one else in Tallahassee could handle and they made it look easy. Found another more serious issue while working on the first problem and took care of it right away. Great prices too.

Got a flat from a side wall puncture on one tire. Drove to them; it was bad so I had to get a whole new tire. They got me the tire, which I know are sold in sets of 2 now, for more than 100$. They only did one and said nothing about it and gave no advice about doing the other tire. Get home, look it up, and yes, you should always get 2 tires because they will wear poorly over time. Call them up, explain it to them--they will charge me 100$ for another tire. I got screwed, basically, and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. This is a dishonest business, normally, and this place is no better. If you know what you are doing, then they got good prices and service. If you don't, be aware.

Great staff that are truthful, honest and willing to help. Their pricing is excellant and they will actually repair your tire instead of just replacing it. Another box discount tire store told me that my new tire could not be repaired, wrong! And I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will be back and will be going no where else in the future.

I am newly single of three weeks, very depessed and then this flat tire happened, I was in a bad place. I couldn't even get off the lug nuts as they were two difference sizes and after five trips to the auto parts store, finally got most of them off. I went on the Nextdoor app and a very nice person helped plug my tire and get off the two remaining ones. So after that stress I took it to the tire shop. They fixed it temporarily, but there was this strange sound as if the tire was bad so I came back the next day and got another tire instead of just fixing it. Not only was that super inexpensive both times, but I had also changed all the lug nuts myself to be the same size as I had trouble getting the old ones off and I hadn't tightened them up appropriately and so it was making a noise as if the tire was bad. The shop nextdoor,Campbells, found the issue and tightened them for free. I had been out of work since Thursday ( a week). It is the kindness of the entire staff (2 visits) and Todd from Campbells' Automotive that will always bring me back to both places. I was in tears when I left, the stress of not being able to work and being newly single was a lot on my shoulders, and trust me a bad and flat tire can send a person into much depression when you lack the knowledge and tools to do the job yourself. Both businesses have wonderful understanding people and by their actions, gave back to the community and to me. I find time to drop off things to the homeless when I can find them, and these folks give back to destressed folk down on their luck, and that is why God rewards such businesses with even more business, when you give to one person, it will always be returned from someone else. I took some cards in case anyone asks me where to go when they are also in predicaments. Customer for life and next time my car has issues, I will take it to Campbells as Moody's told me the wrong part and was going to cost me $1,850 for it, and I got the right and different part for $220. I was looking for a good shop for both issues with my van, and now I know exactly where to go. Peoples lives change in an instant, and everyone's actions matter, so when you do a job right, this follows you. Thanks to both shops for their honesty, integrity, and price points can't be beat. If you are in Woodville and tired of whats available out there, these shops are not far away and worth visiting.
