New you boot camp is amazing! Trainers are attentive and patient with beginners. I started about 6 weeks ago and on my first session trainer offered to walk me to my car ( it was an evening session). Schedules are flexible and I'm so glad I finally found a gym that can hep me stay consistent!!

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and it's been awesome! The workouts are tough but do'able and the trainers are great!! Their always there to motivate you and make sure your form is correct. I would recommend this gym to anyone!!!

An amazing gym! Very clean, nice staff and trainers. Overall amazing experience no matter your fitness level. I highly recommend this place!
