I reviewed the Animal Hospital and Pet Resort many years ago under my maiden name (when we first brought our dog here), and I wanted to update and reinforce how awesome the vet and resort people are. They have always given our dog the best care. They rock!

The staff here is incredibly. They really go above and beyond, showing genuine love for our furry family members. Highly recommend.Chuck even says he’s not a huge fan of the going to the vet but he tolerates this place the most.

Drs. Williams and Chambless are really great! They take extra time to explain everything AND listen to what you have to say as a pet parent/owner. The techs at this practice are awesome as well. Scheduling is easy with the app or by calling, but the practice is very busy, so book early if you can. Office staff are always friendly and efficient.

Wonderful care when you can afford to be seen. Both of our babies have been patients there since babies. Yearly visits, vaccinations and spayed and neutered. Our Golden loves dirt, water, and rolling in grass- which at times causes ear infections. He has had them in the past and was seen, given antibiotic and advised us to clean ears weekly. I called today because he is again shaking his head frequently the past two days and been outside more. I explained due to financial hardship caused by medical treatments for me, I did not have the $75 office visit, plus cost for test and medication and asked his vet to please just prescribe an antibiotic for his ear infection so that he doesn’t have to suffer. She just nonchalantly said no visit no meds. Thank you so much for caring about our fur babies.Understand totally about not prescribing without seeing them— but what about billing a patient who has been loyal for 4 years and never asked to be billed or having the baby see the tech instead of a full office visit which costs almost 100$ whereas tech visit only charges for service rendered? Tech takes the sample anyway. You are just making excuses as to why you couldn’t just issue an antibiotic — what about offering other ways to help??? If as you indicate that you truly care— something else could have been done.We will not be back! And, I now have 2 other friends who will not go back— because of your “ not our problem” attitude on the phone.

The Pet Resort should be ashamed. If it's booked, you have to book in the "traditional" boarding, which is the same building, just not the resort. So after paying fees for boarding (not to mention the hospital charges over the last six months), I'm not allowed to pick up my dog from "traditional boarding" on Saturday (even though the Pet Resort is open on Saturday. So they make two more days of traditional boarding $$, all because of their stupid "policy". They are a rip off. I was happy with them until this "policy". No longer a customer.

Client for over a decade; no longer. This is now a corporate veterinary office.Designed for people that treat their animals as accessories, not pets.If you expect a gentle, or caring hand, this is not the veterinarian for you.The employees here will recommend you to another veterinarian clinic at the drop of a hat - they don't care about you or your animal.Hoping the vets here find the light at the end of the tunnel and move on.I would've given 0 stars if at all possible.

This a model of an animal hospital that I cannot recommend at all. First, my dog was misdiagnosed and for three years treated until another vet analyzed the situation. Second, I was swindled!! The vet ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests AND recommending the removal of some healthy teeth and ended up slapping me with a shocking $300 bill. This office has major overhead. Beware.

We had a pretty good first visit this morning. The staff, vet tech, and doctor who we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. The room we were in had an air purifier in it which really helped to reduce any animal odors in the facility. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The wait time was not terrible, but could have been better. An hour and a half felt like a long visit for what we were there for. One of our little doggies is more squirmy than the other and he was not too happy to have his blood drawn. They were attempting to draw it from his jugular, but thankfully quickly saw the writing on the wall and swapped to his leg. They blew a vein in his leg doing the draw so he had to have a little bandage wrapped on his leg to stop the bleeding. I will be sure to request that they not even attempt a draw on either of our dog's jugulars in the future. All in all, it was a good visit and a nice facility.
