Brought a family heirloom here to have it fixed. My boyfriend and I had a long detailed conversation with Ann at the front desk when we first brought it in (I will say that I have been a devout client at the establishment for a very long time). I was fully confident that they would be able to do exactly what I asked for with no problems. They called for us to pick up the jewelry and upon picking it up I realize that they had taken a piece of the gold from my jewelry and replaced it with something that was not real gold, nor was it anywhere close to what we asked for. I guess Ann just made up her own terminology for what we were asking for and had the necklace completely redone incorrectly.I took it back and spoke directly with the jeweler and Ann, expressing what I wanted done while Anne rebutted the whole time, stating that is exactly what she told the jeweler, and they continue to get into a little conversation back between the two of them.After another week and a half of them holding the necklace hostage we got it back. This time Ann tried to charge us again and we had to tell her that we’ve already paid for this and they are fixing their mistakeTallahassee diamond center as a whole is very great and the jeweler was as well. Everyone else except Ann is a pleasure to work with. Probably will be taking our jewelry elsewhere from now on if she is the main contact.

I Love my bracelet! Sean cut it from a necklace he had on a "trade-in"and attached the clasp that i wanted. I almost went out of town for this purchase. Im so glad I stopped in (only just to look) and dealt with Sean. Great customer service!!!

Patient and kind staff, gave me the best deal for a beautiful necklace. Always able to change my watch battery and helped remove some links. 10/10 recommend.

Went in after Thanksgiving to buy a sterling silver bracelet and have my charms placed on it. The jeweler acted insulted and even commented about one of the charms, "This is PEWTER!". I retorted, "Yes, I know that." I went back a week later and the work was sloppy... one charm was attached backwards, and someone had dipped the bracelet in a cleaner that removed the dark areas from the charm recesses. I was so disappointed, and the woman who handed the bracelet to me looked concerned so she dropped the charges. I went to another jeweler to get it done right. Listen, I own valuable jewelry too but will NEVER go back to this place.

What a great experience I had at TDC. Came in looking for a pre-owned Rolex and Sean was amazing. He had several that he showed me and really took the time to teach me about the different watches. Great staff and I highly recommend Tallahassee Diamond Center for your jewelry needs!

Tallahassee Diamond Center is the only place I will go for my jewelry needs. From purchases and repairs to watch batteries they are top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing is always right. I have a special place in my heart for antique jewelry and TDC always has a great selection of older unique pieces as well as new ones. Recently my husband wanted to upgrade my engagement ring for our 10 year anniversary. Sean had the perfect ring for me! We sold my original ring to Tallahassee Diamond Center and used the profit to purchase the new ring. The transaction was easy and Sean gave us top dollar for my original ring. If you are looking for that special piece of jewelry I would highly recommend Tallahassee Diamond Center every time!

Not only was she very knowledgeable and kind, but she also took the time to explain the whole process, answered my million questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also worked with me to get the best that I could for the budget that I had!!! Sean and his staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Been going to TDC for over 20 years now.Always a wonderful selection for yourself or a loved one. I never go anywhere else.Sean will always give you THE best quality at a very reasonable price on anything you buy. He has the best quality diamonds in town. I have bought quite a bit from TDC. Sean and Amanda at Tallahassee Diamond are a great team! They are patient, professional, kind and above all honest. We gave Sean a price point which he adhered to. Not knowing what shape diamond for an engagement ring we wanted, Sean took the time to explain the differences, certifications and types of stones in detail. We were never rushed through the purchase. We chose a stunning radiant cut GIA certified stone. The stone is also laser inscribed for identification purposes. Amanda graciously showed us numerous settings until we found the perfect choice! Sean's team was able to set the stone immediately in the store. My future daughter-in -law had gone to several other jewelers in the area just to get some ideas. Their prices were 30% higher with inferior stones. They also didn't take the time to explain descriptions and certifications of grading of the stones. I moved here 2 years ago and wasn't familiar with any jewelers in the area. While speaking to friends I found that all of them used Sean for their jewelry. Apparently, this is the go to store in Tallahassee. Not one had any negative comments just positive! Tallahassee Diamond has a large array of choices of any type of jewelry. They purchase unwanted jewelry also. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean and his staff, you will not be disappointed!!! If you choose to purchase jewelry anywhere else you will pay too much!

I came in to browse watches and enjoyed viewing their inventory while conversating luxury watches. The staff are very knowledgeable and i was treated with utmost respect despite not making a purchase. I will most certainly be back to purchase a Rolex in the future!

I went for a third time to have my ring repaired and was met by a very rude owner. I was fully prepared to pay to have the ring repaired and he quickly told me that the ring being damaged was my fault even though it was two days after the last repair that the diamonds fell out. He put it under a microscope and told me that I needed to look at the damage I did. I said no thank you and at this point his voice was raised. I told him I wanted my ring back and he said not until I looked at the ring. At this point, I asked my daughter to walk away because he was getting more aggressive. At this point I demanded the ring and said I would never shop at the store again. He raised his voice at me again and I said that it was unacceptable to talk like that in front of my daughter. He asked me what was I teaching my daughter to not look at the damage I caused to my own ring. I do not recommend this place because the repair work inadequate and the owner does not speak to customers in a kind way, especially in front of a little girl.

Per the review, I did NOT experience any of the previous issues. My time here was superb! I originally came here to choose a wedding ring. Vast selectionmnnn--too much even, but I love extra :)! I came back every 3m to get said ring cleaned and gathered some rings to be sized, and took them. It was a bit pricey, between $50-60 per ring. I had a lot of five. My call came back looking CRYSTAL bright as if it were just purchased today. Will you be back for me to pick up and review their lot of vintage-styled rings :D. GREAT customer engagement and the utmost attention to my needs.
