I drive a 9 year old lifted Diesel that needed a lot maintenance, tires and body mounts. Called TAR on Friday they took me the following Monday, when I left the truck at the shop I instructed them to carefully inspect my old girl for any other issues. They mounted and balanced my 38s, installed body mounts, serviced transmission, oil change, replaced 3 fuel filters, upper pan oil filter, aligned front end and had her back to me that Friday morning at 7:30 am. Absolute on point service charged a fair price and didn’t find a bunch of unnecessary repairs to inflate my bill.?

I cannot commend this business enough! I was traveling from Destin to Tampa Bay area, alone when my vehicle started acting funky. I pulled off the exist, googled nearest Auto repair and TAR came up, it was super close. I made my way to the shop. I was greeted with proffesionisim and kindness. They immediately gave me an estimate, ordered the part and fixed the problem. I was back on the road less then 2 hours. The best part of the experience was how the staff made me feel safe and and secure that everything was going to be ok. That means the world to a female traveling alone. Thank you so much TAR, you guys are top notch!!

If you want a totally unethical car repair shop and take 6-12 months by all means take it to them. They lied about the estimate never call back when asking for updated. It is in worse condition then when I took it in. It has scratches in the paint where none where before. Was told that a part was broken and I had to wait for an undefined amount of time. If you got thru to ask for updates the answer was I don’t know. When I finally frustrated enough. I told them I wanted my vehicle back. They said the could not release it to me. I finally get it back its twice the price of the estimate and twice as broke.

Never in my life have I ever gone to a shop and met such an honest and helpful group of mechanics. Our GMC Yukon randomly broke down on the freeway we barley made it to this shop. We were 100’s of miles from home on a road trip. The guys there asked us what happened and we told them. Then they put us ahead of the other cars to try and get us back on the road that same day. The owner, Brent came out and spoke with us for a while and eventually drove us himself to a rental place to get a temporary car while we wait. Long story short, these guys put a ton of effort into fixing it only to find out that we couldn’t afford to pay for the fix. Brent did everything he could to help lower the price and even offered to let us make payments. We ended up choosing just to get rid of it and get a new car. Before we left to go home we stopped by the shop to pay him what we owed for all the work. He refused to take our money and wants to wait until we sell the car to make sure that we were financially good. Not to mention he is helping us sell the car. This is a honest to god honest and down to earth business owner and the world needs more people like these people. If you are lucky enough to have these guys work on your car you better take it to them… 2 other shops quoted me 4x as much as here and wanted to do a bunch of unnecessary things… I got really lucky and was able to get them to work on it… great work fair prices I didn’t know places like this existed…

Very honest and trustworthy. I was traveling with two children and could have easily been taken advantage of. They saved me from unnecessary repairs and got me back on the road! Already recommended them to family!
