Why is your ATM freezing up and not operable in the city of Tallahassee?? This is the 3rd location I’ve visited (tenn st target) and the ATM simply froze up or not operable or no cash. It’s 7:52 pm on a Sunday…a brand new ATM @ each location but still a waste of time to stop by and use. If you are in need of cash and in a hurry or simply need to pull cash from your account, DO NOT stop here!!! Keep going you’ll only end up pissed!!! And wasted time!

we have never had any issues with this location up until yesterday, yesterday my wife and i went in. my wife tried to cash her paycheck and was given an attitude by some newer lady we had never dealt with before ,the lady came over to help a trainee cash my wife's paycheck but they tried to pull the money from my wife's account not the account listed on her paycheck , the lady quickly caught an attituded the second my wife what was going on with her account the lady snapped at her, luckily one of the people that normally help us was there and got everything situated, my wife took our kids to the car. While i was trying to deposit my check i received the deposit slip stating my money was deposited come to find out my money was never actually deposited and now i wont be seeing my money till Monday .... ( my money was in the account when i checked it at midnight , had to call this morning and was told my money was not actually deposited).... this is ridiculous. really really hope the branch manager sees this too ....

Why are the local branch phone numbers top secret? Why do you have to deal with an automated phone system that rarely has all the answers you need - when they even interpret what you said accurately. I understand the time it can take to talk to someone but at the very least have an option to speak to a human instead of having to try multiple times till the system does not understand you and finally, reluctantly transfer you to a live agent.

I have banked with this bank for 56 years in one name or another. It previously was purchased by Columbus Bank and Trust...Commercial Bank... Tallahassee State and currently Synovus. The people are nice but like so many large banks they rarely make local decisions.
