Very Bad Service Experience With Synovus. I used to go that Branch for Routine Transaction when i have to do some Banker Stuff i always Take an Appointment in Advance. I took an Appointment and banker is not there at time second thing I have to do wire Transfer and they are doing very awkward way its on service call and i have to give them all the information how could i see everything is right or wrong and it takes forever just sent a wire it takes almost one Hour. i can say that they can afford one office where client can sit and talk with them. lady on the phone is asking me my personal detail name, addresses, account Number , last five transactions accurate detail everything on Front of every Associate and Customers so basically everyone has an idea what i am talking about. if they Know in advance its going to be that Personal. it should be not in front of all office.

Their ATM's will eat your debit card for pulling your money out first and on top of that, they do not keep any records.
