Went in after forgetting my wallet at home and was on vacation with my family. Was greeted with an attitude immediately as if I was there to do something wrong. I showed up right as it open to get things figured out as quick as possible, and instead was not greeted with any customer service but attitude. After being told that there was basically nothing they could do to help me, I left and was able to add my card to my Apple Pay, which should have been suggested by the teller from the start. Instead, told nothing they could do and disregarded.

Synovus stole my money!!! Their ATM crashed, it took my card and it took my money. I called customer service and was given temporary credit, now I see they reversed the credit. Greedy, ridiculous, what a joke! I don't trust this bank anymore!!!

Synovus - Tallahassee State Bank - is awesome. Patricia and Patti provide excellent customer service for helping me figure my best financial options. I really appreciate all their help and patience. They don't try to sell you services that you don't need. Very friendly with a calm atmosphere and a genuine concern for your well being. One of the best banks in Tallahassee with convenient locations and easy in and out banking. Thanks.
