The two guys present seemed tired and bothered to service my car. They did not offer water, they did not check wipers, they did not check tires until I asked and then had me specify the one tire they aired up. But then, the next day I ran out if washer fluid. THEY DID NOT TOP OFF. Baad visit. Baad vibes.

The pit man Jamin failed to clip/bolt my daughter’s skid plate and caused $200 in damages. The manager Xzavadus did call me today, but de directed to regional manager would call and file a claim. Didn’t receive a call. Thank goodness my husband is an attorney. (Hopefully I will get a call and they make this right, then I will remove this post). Until then…..don’t go here. The company’s disclaimer, they don’t honor their word or policy.
