The Take 5 on Capital Circle NE, next to Lowe's, is a joke. I had to wait over 45 minutes, then the "mechanics" couldn't get the oil filter out. They drained my oil before loosing the filter. They sent me to another Take 5 at Capital Circle and Mahan. The guy there said the other store was trying to take off the filter by unscrewed it the wrong way.

They said they filled all of the fluids including the windshield washer fluid and I said wonderful because I am going out I'd town. They did not fill it at all because I knew it was empty and tried to use it and nothing came out and my windshield was horrible and had to pull over and use water bottles so I could see out of it.

Changed oil quickly offered to replace wiper blades and cabin filter. The wiper blades were $20 each and the cabin filter was 200% of price at autozone.

I was leaving a Dr. office when my dash lite up like a Christmas tree. So I took it to the closest place I could see and it was Take 5. You guys took control of my situation and changed all of my oil and fluids plus gave me some good instructions on how I could handle it if it happened again.

I came in a day after getting an Oil change oil was leaking on my garage floor. Spoke to Steve the manager but all he said was get in line and we will check it. No Im sorry or anything but a blank look of i dont care…
I will never go again. Ever. The only saving grace was an older gentleman and a young African american who helped me understand what possibly happened! Again no help from the so called manager!!!
