Brought my vehicle in because I thought I had issues with the brakes and a tire, after lifting my ride into the air and spending a substantial amount of time checking it out I was told the previous tire shop didn't replace the valve stem when they should have... This shop replaced the valve stem free of charge and sent me on my way... Top notch service here

First, I took my car to Coastal Jeep today in Quincy for an oil change and tire rotation. After my tires were rotated, I noticed this awful noise my tires were making. After much wasted time (4+ hours) and aggravation spent arguing with them, the service manager told me I had a bad tire.
So, I get home at 5 and call Mavis who gets me right in at 6pm. After about 5 minutes, they get me and bring me out to show me that my tires were fine. The service tech says "Ma'am there is nothing wrong with your tires. All of them are fine. I've been doing this for a long time. If they were making the noise you described, they'd have cupping issues. If I had a tire I would show you. But I don't feel right takin your money."
I highly recommend Mavis for your tire needs. They were honest, didn't try to screw me over, and got me right in when I had my appointment.

These fellas were excellent, and didn't sugar-coat anything. They told me exactly what was wrong, and had someone observe the behavior for himself before laying it out (top-notch troubleshooting).
The crew fixed an issue with my tires, a power steering hose leak I wasn't aware of (wheel behavior was *worlds* better afterwards), and got my alignment back on course in short time. I'll absolutely be inclined to come back if needed.

The people at this shop are very kind, helpful, and efficient. 4 shops told me they could not help me, Mavis said no problem and took care of it in 10 minutes. I was traveling out of town and had to start my 4 hour drive home asap. They made it happen.

Mavis is the best! Went to have my tire patched after getting a nail in my tire - unfortunately, my tire was too worn down to be patched. Mavis called to let me know and they put on my spare tire for free! They’re quick and the customer services is amazing! Will be back! Thanks, Mavis!!!

Amazing how much help this shop has been getting my repair done and even better said to tip the worker if I needed to that it was on the house and charged me nothing so I’m adding more than the cost of the repair in just tip thay care about their employees and respect their work love it
