Nice place to stay, they have had alot of staff turnover and the rooms are clean but at times things get missed on the off cleaning days.

Place was beautiful, the grounds had a huge lake in back, pet friendly, suites were so spacious. Would definitely book again.
Rooms: The king suite was so spacious with a full fridge and kitchen. It was like a mini apartment.

Checked in today, told my reservation was canceled ?. Not sure why, however, manager was able to offer me a room anyway. The pool needs filters cleaned, too much debris and bugs floating on top of water. There were only 2 tiny towels available at the pool to use. The boardwalk that takes you to the pond was taped off. Unable to walk out there.

We stayed here twice while traveling. The rooms are clean, the front desk staff friendly and welcoming. I brought to their attention a couple of very minor repairs bedded upon checking out, and they immediately wrote them down and forwarded to their maintenance staff for action. We stayed in a one bedroom suite both times. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept in for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

The reception at reception is catastrophic by an unpleasant person who is more interested in his phone than in his work
What a shame it doesn't make you want to come back
When you go sightseeing you need a minimum of politeness and kindness

This place is a hidden GEM! The staff was amazing. Honest to goodness southern hospitality, they went above and beyond our expectations. Also, thank you to the gas station across the street. You were so kind and helpful.

It was just OK. We are on a 2 week vacation traveling through many states with our family of 6 and usually stay at Holiday Inn. We decided to try this hotel and it wasn't as comfortable as we've been experiencing with the other hotels.
The floors were dirty in our room. The a/c was noisy, making a crackling sound the entire time. It was either hot or cold in the room and humid even with the air conditioning on. The pull out bed needed a new sheet because it had crumbs and hair on it when we pulled it out.
The only major pro was the room was huge and it had a fridge and small kitchen. The beds were comfortable too. The price was comparable to what we have been paying. We didn't try the breakfast. I think we will stick with Holiday Inns going forward.

Me and my wife were there for our son's FWC ceremony and we stayed for 1 night we arrived July 18th we arrived early around 9:20Am , the lady in the front desk her name Shontrel (No longer works there) shift was from 7am to 3pm was her last week, so we politely asked , we know check in is at 4pm would you please check if something is available my wife was not feeling well like early check in , she gave us an attitude I'll let you know if something opens up with her rolling her eyes I'll call you. For the record we are senior citizens. So we waited , and waited, drove around and no call, around 1pm approximately called anything available yet she said, no I got your number. Seeing my dear wife felling ill I went to the front desk at 3:30pm spoke to a young lady name Kiarra and told her we been walking around since early in the morning and the lady Shontrel was going to call me, they told me sorry she left at 3pm and your room is ready and you shouldn't had to wait all this time. Thank you Kiarra for your help. I believe every situation is different check in time is check in time but people at the front desk should have more compassion specially if the other spouse is not feeling well. I also want to thank Holly at check out very compassion young lady she apologize also like the other girl Kiarra. I hope this don't happen to other couples traveling and arriving earlier than expected .
