I got the caramel frappe and it was amazing they blended the frozen coffee right in front of me putting that delicious whip cream and caramel on top and served with expertise I loved it and will recommend to all caffeine lovers

I visit the drive thru almost every weekday morning and am greeted by a pleasant Kat each day. I say my name and she already knows my order down to the extra drizzle. She really helps start my day off on a positive note. The gentleman that is almost always at the window is also wonderful. I don’t know his name, but he too so appreciated. It almost throws my day off when one or both are missing. Starbucks is really lucky to have these two fantastic employees. Kat even goes the extra mile and writes sweet notes on the cup. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks even when my favorite people are off.

The cashier was very kind in helping me with a old giftcard that was transferred to app. Thr kid that made my Frap was rude. I told him it tasted very watery and he said well that’s how we always make it. Didn’t even offer me a re-do. How sad. Just let me leave with no … have a nice day. I hope his manager sees this!

We usually order on the app & pick up in the drive thru here. This location gets really busy sometimes. My biggest complaint here is the inconsistency with their drink quality. Often drinks are made how I would expect, but sometimes it just seems like this location will rush through and not put the full amount of caramel or other flavoring that the drink needs - and it has been ordered that way. Other locations in town seem more consistent with quality, but this location is very convenient for me.

Worst Starbucks service I’ve ever encountered. It took 25 minutes to get a coffee and a sandwich. The coffee came out cold. I asked them to replace it and received a very angry plea that the cashier had just gotten here and it wasn’t her fault. Caused a whole embarrassing scene. “Why are you here?“ She asked when I said I was in a hurry. I informed her I had a whole bus of people waiting for me and she responded with “I don’t care”I don’t care who’s fault it was. All I ordered was a black coffee. Truly, this manager needs to re-train their people.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Tallahassee. The workers are always so kind to me, no matter who serves me. This location is always busy, but you can tell the workers do their best to serve everyone.

The girl that they had working the front counter taking orders on Tuesday November 7th, 2023 at around 8am seemed possibly over worked? She was kind of rude to me, I told her what I wanted (I usually tell the barista before hand because I am hard of hearing and can’t hear them well) I repeated what I wanted and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. I mean my bad if my tone was harsh or something, I repeated myself like I thought she ask but I guess she didn’t appreciate that? I stated that she was possibility over worked because when I walked up to give my order she walked away and said one moment and went to help a co worker change a trash can, that didn’t look at she needed much help with, but she began talking to her for about 3 minutes until I asked a barista making at drink if it was better if I ordered on the app, I guess she heard that then she stepped back over to the register. I’m not saying people should be happy plants at a job that can get hectic, but maybe next just ask a co worker to step in and take orders while you get yourself together and not bite people heads off.
