The staff here are great! Their loyalty to to customers shows through the top tier brands they connect you with. I’ve purchased multiple lines of equipment from SM. They help connect you with what you’re looking for, without trying to upsell into something you won’t need. If SM doesn’t carry it, the manufacturer doesn’t make it! A family owned operation around that runs like a well oiled machine. C’mon!

Everyone was so helpful in getting me the right mower. I wanted something that would be easy to use & safe. This mower has so many safety features & is so easy to use. I love it!! Needed a mower for home and our farm and got tired of trailering between properties. Purchased our second zero turn Gravely Mower from Southside! I love doing business with them. Southside is a locally owned business. The staff and owner care about their customers and are friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a military discount. I won’t buy a zero turn mower from anywhere else!

Everyone I have met in the store has been so very patient with my autistic son who is trying his best to take care of our family and our machinery. He's worked very hard using all the resources on YouTube but when he came into the store because he was stuck, Chad, Alex and brandon were so nice to him and so patient. Chad's knowledge and Interaction with him and helping put things together the right way was priceless. I really do appreciate this company and highly recommend them for anything you have that needs repair in their are of expertise.Thank ya'll so much.Proud Mom

Buying my second zero turn..!!! Alex and Trevor are first class.. The same customer service I've given to all my customers over the yrs is the same I've received from these 2 gentleman .... Very disappointed in the service received to date. My mower has been at their shop for over 60 days and yet to be repaired 4/15/2022. I thought by getting the mower in by early February (not as busy) would provide reasonable time to complete before the season started. All parts were received weeks ago and still not repaired. I have been told just a few people in front of you, but still not repaired. Based on their comments my zero turn was a really big job for them. Why should I have any confidence it will get repaired this month and correctly.

I took my mower in in October for a full refresh. It sat until late March and when I tried to use it it wouldn't start. I took it back to southside mowers. They immediately realized that it was old gas. They sucked up the gas, put new gas in and the motor started. They could have held this unit for 10 days before "fixing it" but they didn't I'll continue to do business with this organization and recommend you do as well

Sales staff took all the time I needed educating me on the gravely line of zero turn mowers. I narrowed my choices down to a couple different models. Of course before spending that type of money my wife likes to be involved. So the salesman had to educate her too. To my surprise she chose the higher priced model. And then went further and upgraded the seat with the adjustable deluxe seat with suspension. Something I probably would not have done but so happy she did. I guess there is nothing too good for my wife as it was her mother's day gift.(just kidding about the gift). I was super happy with the transaction from beginning to end. thanks so much
