“So, I went into the store knowing about what I wanted and when my skates arrived omg, I could not be happier. They are exactly what I wanted. I'm able to skate on my newly paved road for hours. The light up wheels are too cute and now I cam jam out with my new gear. These guys were great at getting me exactly what I was looking for and they weren't pushy. My son is enjoying the skate camp. “This was my first time coming here. I had not heard of this store until one of my co-workers mentioned that this is where he goes and takes his daughter here. Since I was in preparation to run a marathon this fall, and it’s been 24 years since the last one, I thought I might need to get some help in getting ready. I stepped in and the owner greeted me and asked me what I needed, and he proceeded to ask me questions and what I was looking for and I gave him the breakdown of my plans and how I have already been training. I let him know what I have recently competed in and the shoes I have been running in currently. He never said they were bad shoes but mostly, since I was feeling pain in one of my knees, that they might be the wrong ones for my feet. He next asked about speed or comfort to find out what types of shoes he would narrow it down to. I felt important that he was taking this much time to find out about my needs. He then had me take my shoes off and do a quick run on the treadmill to check my gait to see how I was running. He eventually recommended a couple of shoes that would work with inserts to correct my running position. He made sure he took his time to make it right so don’t think that you will be in and out in 5 minutes because it takes time to make sure it is done right so stay and do it. I have had knee pain since the last ½ marathon I did a few months ago and just lived with the pain after each run. I have now run on the shoes he has recommended 3 times (2 on treadmill and once outside) for about 5-7 miles for each run and my knees do not hurt hardly at all. The first time felt a bit awkward because the inserts made my foot feel different than what they are used to but the were designed to adjust my feet and that was probably the thing that helped me with minimizing the pain. That was a great experience and if you are looking for shoes for any form of activity, go see them at Cadence. They will take care of you and you support a local business which is another plus in my book. I will be buying my future shoes from them. Thanks Scott.”
“We used Nic’s Toggery for our wedding suits. Greg did such a great job getting everyone measured and making sure we had everything we needed. Our order came in with plenty of time before the wedding and all staff was helpful with pickup and returns of the suits. We would definitely use them again! Well worth the price!”

“I called in and spoke with sales to make sure they had my size in stock and he said they did. traveled from Cairo Ga to the Tallahassee fl store to retrieve the pair of boots. I walked in and he explained they had a promotion going on for insoles and ask me to try it so i did and was very surprised they the insoles have really felt great from the start. I normally would not try them as the boots wear great anyway but this feels so much better and really helps support my arch. great customer service as always!! Always friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the new products that have arrived. I have been shopping at this location several years and love the help help and support they give me. i am a mobile diesel mechanic by trade and work in some really nasty places and these boots continue to hold up great and wear longer than any other boots i bought over the years. “I have a 50 year old Stetson fedora hat that was passed down to me. It was a little snug so I spoke with them on the phone and they said that they could help. A very nice lady spent quite a while steaming and stretching then cleaning and shaped it back to where it should be. She wouldn't let me pay anything. I have been a customer here before and I recommend them for anything they sell.”
“Took my son’s Stetson in to ask about cleaning.. (I lost my boy a few months ago from a car accident in Texas so this hat is beyond important to me) A young gentleman came right over and went to work. “This comment is for DSW as a whole. It would be nice if the sizes of shoes were printed on the same piece of paper that you put your prices on. Yes you can buy different sizes online while shopping in store when your size 11/12 it gets overwhelming & Frustrating When you find a shoe you like and then realize they only go up to size 10.
So for that reason, I usually just go to the clearance section because of clearance section is done by size.”

While checking out, the system AND my card had a slight mishap lol. The chatty cashier (I didn't get to catch her name but she was very nice and wholesome in her interaction with me) was very apologetic. Carl was awesome, fixed the machine and sped the process right along. Mr.Jeff supervised and offered some comical input. All in all I had a great experience. I will definitely be back.S/N. “My entire experience was awesome. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have so much appreciation for the young lady who helped me. I have been saving my receipt so I wouldn't forget the associates name who helped me, Ciera H. She was one of the most patient, respectful, and helpful associates that I've ever had a shoe store.I originally ordered some shoes online, they came in the wrong size so I brought them into the store to see if they could exchange them for me. Ciera assisted me in re-ordering the shoes with no problem. Then she started telling me how I actually saved money by ordering them through the store.As it would go, they didn't have the size that I needed so I was a little upset. Ciera immediately started telling me that she would help me find some in the store or even online. She was like "we have a whole catalog on the internet that you can choose from". Me being me, picky as I am, I didn't find anything in the store so we went back to the computer and she scrolled through screen after screen, brand after brand offering her suggestions and telling me about which brands were in style the most and which were the most comfortable.Because of how patient she was with me, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (received them at my doorstep 2 days later) and I was just so thankful to have had her because most associates would've got irritated, gave me a website, or started to rush me. Her whole demeanor never changed the entire time. It was almost as if she was shopping for herself, she genuinely wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. She would hold them and bring them to the dressing room for you. She checked sizes, the brought other suggestions and she brought accessories. We had a blast looking for dresses for the moms”
