Today I had the pleasure of stopping at this store to get some work shoes. There are many shoe clerks there and they are very helpful and attentive. While checking out, the system AND my card had a slight mishap lol. The chatty cashier (I didn't get to catch her name but she was very nice and wholesome in her interaction with me) was very apologetic. Carl was awesome, fixed the machine and sped the process right along. Mr.Jeff supervised and offered some comical input. All in all I had a great experience. I will definitely be back.S/N. Some Crocs for women were on sale for $15 !!!!

Earlier review: “Amazing selection! Affordable prices!” ~ 5 starsUpdate: Since Shoe Carnival acquired them, the selection is smaller, less appealing…and the prices are not attractive.I went there today and immediately noticed that people were not checking out like they once did - in fact, no one was checking out.You’ve exceeded market equilibrium. Quantity supplied exceeds the quantity demanded (because prices are too high), so there is excess supply.I and 2 others left empty-handed.

It be your own ppl racial profiling you in a store that doesn’t even carry your size shoe. Yes! The black boy with the dreads profiling me because I brought my bag in with an item I brought from another store to match with some shoes. All black people aren’t thieves! I have money. Profile someone else.

There is a pair of shoes I've purchased here twice, upon the recommendation of my podiatrist.They did not have them and I was asked twice by Ms. Lanaira to go to the back and bring her information from a box.???? My hip and feet are problematic and I am 72 years old ...I finally reminded her that I was the customer.???

Ordered a pair of shoes online, hate shopping in-store as with large feet i got limited options. After a few hours of waiting i called to asked when they would be ready for in-store pick up, 5-10 minutes, perfect drove 30 mins to get there only to be told the website is inaccurate and i ordered shoes they sold out of yesterday and my order had been canceled before i even called, stood in store for 10-15 mins before they could even locate my order in cancellations. Didn't even get an apology from the lady who cancelled. the man who got notified of my situation minutes before was kind and apologized for the inconvience.

The cashier was very friendly and diligent in her job. Somehow 2 different width shoes were in box, she caught this and saved me the confusion of why don't the shoes fit the same??

Love this store!! Only place I go in Tallahassee for shoes. Huge selection! Easy to find something for the whole family!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Good location!Would highly recommend!!
