I used the wrong card at this gas station and they had no way for me to just pay cash and refund the card. What type of business can't do cc refunds and take cash instead?

Wasted 2 dollars on the air machine which was giving me errors and wouldn't fill my tires properly. Asked for a refund and they refused to provide one, stating that they don't own the machine, but they could've at bare minimum put a sign on it so people don't b waste their time and money. Common sense isn't so common in Tallahassee.

Not handicap accessible or friendly to disabled people. Unable to get gas or proper service. Fuel rewards didn’t work on pump so I spent 15 min and still couldn’t get gas.

Cashier was super rude for no reason when i asked if i could get change for $100 if i filled up my tank (so like $40), and he told me maybe i should try publix next time instead of coming to that shell station? Like who says that to someone? Just chill and say "NO". Please. I cannot deal with the theatrics. Super sus he said publix because there is a walmart a block away, and the publix is much much further. Also, they are NOT open 24/7. Not even close.

Always convenient for lots of good reasons I just warmed up my lunch all the while my coworker visited the BBQ place on the same lot boy the best of both sides especially for lunch just like a sore. Can't be beat

Business hours indicated 6am open. I was hoping to get gas prior to the store opening however the pumps were not open. No problem however the first employee walked in at 601 the 2nd 606. Store lights and use of the pump weren't available til 611am. No apology from either employee for having to wait til 611 to conduct business. Either adjust store hours to what time they will be ready to conduct business or get there earlier so you will be ready at 6am. I understand things happen but be considerate enough to apology to the customer for not being able to conduct business ON TIME.

It is very sad how store clerks treat patrons. This is the rudest duo staff I have ever encountered. People need to practice kindness. One of the employees yelled at a customer. I told the other the music playing was nice and she rolled her eyes at me. Boy oh boy I can understand why people lose their cool with others. Yet again, just because they're confused doesn't mean that I am. Be kind to one another....smh it doesn't cost anything to be nice...
