I give it a 1 simply bc of selection. I was frustrated bc yes they had Charlotte tilbury, yes they had tarte but the products they had were not the main lines and were lesser quality. The Charlotte tilbury foundation comes in a small tube for $60... when I used it mostly air came out. Usually Charlotte tilbury foundation comes in a glass bottle and lasts about 4 months. Basically a rip off. Stick to sephora lip pencils that's about all they have.

My experience getting products was a 5 start. And that led me to get a makeup session.and that was awful. The girl doing my makeup was paying more attention to say hi to the people coming in and talking to the other employees. She had to re do my eyes 3 times, and in the end, it looked like something my daughter would do. There was nothing similar to what I asked and the pictures I showed her.

I went in for the first time and the employees were very kind and really helpful! I needed assistance finding a concealer to match my skin tone and they not only helped me to colour match but they recommended some really great products to use with it as well!

Highly disappointed. Staff to busy having own conversations to take care of me. Never asked if I could be helped selections going downhill. More perfes and facial.products than makeup

I was very disappointed when my friend and I left Sephora at the governor's square Mall today. An associate treated us with contempt and acted like we were imposing on her. When I complained to the manager she was a little more helpful but she was not very nice. It is my opinion neither one of these women should be working in the customer service field. And the district manager should know about this. I have a lot more to say about this experience but I don't think there's room to write everything. I have call the customer service line and put in a complaint and plan to follow through it. My friend and her daughter spend a lot of money there at Sephora and in no way should have been treated so poorly.

I had the worst experience at the Sephora store in the Governors Square Mall. My daughter was looking for a specific shade of foundation and we waited on two sales associates who walked right by us and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there, so I opened the drawer below the display to search for the needed shade and another sales rep walks up and says “We don’t allow customers in the drawers” I told her if someone would have helped us we wouldn’t have taken it upon ourselves to search for the foundation. She could have approached it so much differently. It was very apparent that we were searching for a specific color, the sales rep should have came up and said can I help you find a specific shade instead of being so rude and basically scolding us for doing their job!!! I do not plan to shop at this specific Sephora location and will take my business to Ulta or purchase online at Sephora.
