**BUY BEWARE** This review does not pertain to all Sam's Club locations--only Dick Wilson, Tallahassee FL. I haven't met any rude employees, but over the years, we've watched this location continually go downhill. I love to garden and will purchase the boxes of bulbs, tubers, etc and it never fails that someone has opened the box and switched plants around. It's happened with roses, shrubs, and blueberry plants. Heck! I bought a box of Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars, placed them in the freezer when I got home and that evening, I went to get a bar and found the box had been opened at the end (wasn't obvious in the store...why would I check? Right?!) and FIVE (5) bars were missing--I was pissed!! Sam's made it right, but sadly, the store is suffering due to the thieving customers who frequent this location. What do they say about one bad apple spoiling the barrel? Well, this is obviously more than one bad apple. Never have we had this problem at Costco. I have been a member of Sam's Club for 33 years and Costco for 15. Contemplating canceling Sam's membership, but plus membership does provide free shipping and at least I can skip this location. Ugh! So frustrated right now.

Jungle of unreturned carts in the parking lot. Food in places they don't belong. Check out is a disaster. Every visit has been unpleasant and probably will not be back to this location

I used to think magic was bogus but after my lover left me I felt open-minded to try it. Maybe I was desperate too. But this is real! Dr Ibhafidon restored the love we had for each other. I want to say a special thank to a phenomenal young man ANTHONY! He saw me pushing my 4 cases of water and about to load them in my truck and he asked if I had it. I told him I was trying to. He said I got you. I loaded one he said ma'am don't touch another one I got it. He loaded the rest. He saw a need and jumped right in. Sam's club please give him his kudos. THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!!

Gas station is pathetic. Ridiculously long lines, nobody directing traffic, there are pumps out of service every time. It's like the McDonald's of ice cream machines. They're always down

There is a employee that name Raheem at the gas station he is the only person direct the traffic the right way and he also gives a smile and good customer service thank you so much Raheem.

The good part is the employees all observe COVID , The other good is the floor plans are always layered out where I can figure out to get what I need . Now about the customer service. That's the bad part . If you need just a-little help finding a item your not going to get much assistance for the store employees in Tallahassee, I don't know about other places but here in Tallahassee you better look around and be able to figure out where your items my be available. That's sad in a way because all the other Local grocery stores pride themselves for outstanding customer service.

Got our new phones at the kiosk and Chris was awesome. He graciously gave his cell number and I thought he ordered the wrong phones but he ordered correct phones - he responded to text and was extremely customer service oriented - thank you Chris

Somehow this store runs out of pizza at the food court. I tried yesterday at 7pm and was told sold out. Called again at 5:45 pm tonight and was again told they sold out. How do they run out of pizza period, let alone two nights in a row and before 6pm? This would never happen at the other warehouse. Inhope the store can answer this question

The new Pharmacist Brandon is a welcome addition to the Tally Sam's Club. He is doing a fantastic job. In 10yrs of gettin meds monthly at Sams hes the first to ever call me and offer to fill scripts w/o me even asking. Now That's service. Thank you Brandon.

I went into Sam's today to pick up my online order. I saw it in a crate pull (I'm not sure what it was called), but no employees were in the online pick up area. I went to the two people at the exit door booth and asked for a cart. The guy brought me back a cart so I went back to the online area to transfer my items to from the big crate pull to the smaller cart. I know there is a distinct difference between Sam's and Costco. I also know I get the sideways look when I tell people I prefer Sam's- but I do! Sure there is opportunity for improvement. There are some REALLY good staff at Sam's but there are more really lackadaisical ones. With that said - I don't usually need staff so I don't consider it a big deal. I use the app and scan my purchases as well as pay for them all at the same time. It makes it so easy! I love that the aisles are extra wide and roomy although the recent changes are starting to feel a little crowded. Overall Sam's carries more brands I love and I think I get a better price on the items I buy a lot of. The other bonus is the parking is way more convenient than Costco. Overall - if I get to chose - it's Sam's 90% of the time!
