Buyers beware. I do not usually leave reviews but this is the exception. I paid to have all four tires replaced. I recently discovered when i got a flat that they never even replaced the tires and the origional tires from Germany are still on my vehicle. I have spent hours speaking with the store manager, their insurance company, emailing and sending pictures. They have refused to give me my money back. It is absolutely disgusting that a multi-billion dollar company would treat their customers this way. I paid $1943.00 for run flat tires that I never received. I am to the point of hiring a consumer fraud attorney. T
his has been an absolute nightmare. Not only have i been defrauded out of nearly $2000 Sams club negligence has also put my family's life in danger by refusing to help me and instructing me to drive on a heavily damaged tire.. If you have purchased tires from the Tallahassee location please look them over to make sure you are not another victim of crime. If you were thinking of going there I would choose somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

My car was serviced ( or not ) at sams Tallahassee. They stated, the tire pressures at time of service were checked and all were at 35 psi. I know the pressures were, front driver side, 32. Front passenger side 34. Left rear driver side 33, and right passenger 35. When I left after "service (tire rotation and balance), they were, front driver side 32, front passenger side 34, rear driver side 34, and rear passenger side 35. How can this even possibly suggest the job was done? The tire covers were all scratched. Not suprising when I personally saw all tire covers face down on the concrete floor!! Do nt take your vehicle to sams for ANY kind of service.

I showed at 6:20 PM 10-21-23, the tire department was supposed to close at 6pm. The 2 gentlemen that were working there were happy to stay late to help me get my car issue resolved. They were going to rotate all 4 tires, upon further inspection. I found that 1 of my back tires was bad. The Tech quickly found my size. One Tech installed the 2 new tires, while the other Tech was checking us out. I didn't catch these 2 young men's names, but they were great. Thanks guys and hope management acknowledges these 2 guys.

This Sam’s is the worst I’ve ever been in! I have no words for the clutter and mess that were all over the store. Empty boxes just thrown in the aisles and left in the freezers. Some aisles I couldn’t even get down due to the items waiting to be stocked just sitting in the way on pallets. They didn’t carry any of the items that I usually get in Dothan or Panama . I bet 30-40% of the items i bought had to be scanned to find the price because there was none posted. I found a Dyson on the shelf in the inner box but the outer box was gone.. there was no display of the item and it’s a Dyson that has been discontinued.. I asked about maybe discounting it - was told no because they don’t reshelve the returns . Umm. I’m looking at it and 3 sharks that have been returned and Re shelved .. no we don’t do that. ?. Oh .. and the produce was not even in a cooler area just in the aisles with gnats all around it. I rate it 0/10⭐️ Just don’t go there !

**BUY BEWARE** This review does not pertain to all Sam's Club locations--only Dick Wilson, Tallahassee FL. I haven't met any rude employees, but over the years, we've watched this location continually go downhill. I love to garden and will purchase the boxes of bulbs, tubers, etc and it never fails that someone has opened the box and switched plants around. It's happened with roses, shrubs, and blueberry plants. Heck! I bought a box of Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars, placed them in the freezer when I got home and that evening, I went to get a bar and found the box had been opened at the end (wasn't obvious in the store...why would I check? Right?!) and FIVE (5) bars were missing--I was pissed!! Sam's made it right, but sadly, the store is suffering due to the thieving customers who frequent this location. What do they say about one bad apple spoiling the barrel? Well, this is obviously more than one bad apple. Never have we had this problem at Costco. I have been a member of Sam's Club for 33 years and Costco for 15. Contemplating canceling Sam's membership, but plus membership does provide free shipping and at least I can skip this location. Ugh! So frustrated right now.

Employees are extremely rude and lazy. The bathrooms are outrageously the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen, no matter the time of day. This store needs some serious work.

Jungle of unreturned carts in the parking lot. Food in places they don't belong. Check out is a disaster. Every visit has been unpleasant and probably will not be back to this location

Gas station is pathetic. Ridiculously long lines, nobody directing traffic, there are pumps out of service every time. It's like the McDonald's of ice cream machines. They're always down
