I called Sam's Club Pharmacy about an OTC medication ?. Received a live person quickly. She was quite polite and courteous. She advised that the medication was in stock and provided price. Pick up later that day. Will return.

**BUY BEWARE** This review does not pertain to all Sam's Club locations--only Dick Wilson, Tallahassee FL. I haven't met any rude employees, but over the years, we've watched this location continually go downhill. I love to garden and will purchase the boxes of bulbs, tubers, etc and it never fails that someone has opened the box and switched plants around. It's happened with roses, shrubs, and blueberry plants. Heck! I bought a box of Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars, placed them in the freezer when I got home and that evening, I went to get a bar and found the box had been opened at the end (wasn't obvious in the store...why would I check? Right?!) and FIVE (5) bars were missing--I was pissed!! Sam's made it right, but sadly, the store is suffering due to the thieving customers who frequent this location. What do they say about one bad apple spoiling the barrel? Well, this is obviously more than one bad apple. Never have we had this problem at Costco. I have been a member of Sam's Club for 33 years and Costco for 15. Contemplating canceling Sam's membership, but plus membership does provide free shipping and at least I can skip this location. Ugh! So frustrated right now.

Employees are extremely rude and lazy. The bathrooms are outrageously the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen, no matter the time of day. This store needs some serious work.

Jungle of unreturned carts in the parking lot. Food in places they don't belong. Check out is a disaster. Every visit has been unpleasant and probably will not be back to this location

I used to think magic was bogus but after my lover left me I felt open-minded to try it. Maybe I was desperate too. But this is real! Dr Ibhafidon restored the love we had for each other. And now she love me as you promised she would! I am your friend forever and very grateful for all of this. I will come back again, very soon to contact Dr ibhafidon, massage him on his page ?????

Gas station is pathetic. Ridiculously long lines, nobody directing traffic, there are pumps out of service every time. It's like the McDonald's of ice cream machines. They're always down

I have never met a more friendly group of people working in a pharmacy. The techs and pharmacists have the best customer service attitude. We've transferred all our scripts to Sam's and also get our dog's scripts filled there. A bonus is having the Plus membership we get some extra $$ of prices.

The good part is the employees all observe COVID , The other good is the floor plans are always layered out where I can figure out to get what I need . Now about the customer service. That's the bad part . If you need just a-little help finding a item your not going to get much assistance for the store employees in Tallahassee, I don't know about other places but here in Tallahassee you better look around and be able to figure out where your items my be available. That's sad in a way because all the other Local grocery stores pride themselves for outstanding customer service.

Got our new phones at the kiosk and Chris was awesome. He graciously gave his cell number and I thought he ordered the wrong phones but he ordered correct phones - he responded to text and was extremely customer service oriented - thank you Chris

Somehow this store runs out of pizza at the food court. I tried yesterday at 7pm and was told sold out. Called again at 5:45 pm tonight and was again told they sold out. How do they run out of pizza period, let alone two nights in a row and before 6pm? This would never happen at the other warehouse. Inhope the store can answer this question

Excellent I am giving this pharmacy 5 stars, we have been going to Sams for10 years, and they have been adequate. But last month I got a call from Brandon the new pharmacist asking if I would like to have my prescription filled? I said "Why yes I would" it sounds funny that such a simple thing like calling me and introducing himself. It was really nice
