I spent exactly two years at Ridgewood. People here were wonderful and kind, from Rosa all the way to the residents. Ridgewood offered both the convenience of being close to the main road and far enough to not be disturbed by cars. Even better, walking around the complex was very pleasant with nature and trees all around.This was a great experience and real bang-for-the-buck. Highly recommend!

I lived here through 2 lease terms and loved it. Rosa the manager is so sweet and responsive to any concerns. Johnny and Mike will fix anything you need right away.... I had a broken ac along with lots of other things and they came to my rescue right away and put a whole new ac unit in about 20 minutes..... best maintenance ever and I have lived in lots of apartments.....they never make you feel like your inconviencing them. Place was quiet and never could hear any noise through walls and very clean too. Would have stayed but was moving for a job.

Rosa Garcia was incredible and SO helpful. Even though she had no apartments for us to rent, she spent 25 min on the phone with me answering all the questions I had about the good, the bad, and the ugly for what Tallahassee apartments to look at and where to avoid. Coming from out of state, this was a God send. I am so grateful for this angel!

Not too sold on the new property management, might be time to vacate. However old management was great the apartment is conveniently located. The maintenance guys are very responsive. Apartment is centrally located where you can reach nearly any point in any direction in approx 15 minutes max. My experience with the new management is changing my opinion on the property.

I have lived here for less than one month. So take that for what it's worth. So far I love it! It's quiet, clean, and right in the middle of one of the best parts of town.I will say that the woman at the front desk is a bit disorganized, and you have to be persistent if you want to get things done. The apartments are also pretty small. But you can't beat the price and location! If your the persistent type these apartments are definitely worth it. If you want a smoother experience with management you may want to consider looking at more expensive places.
