I use Apalachee Parkway regions for my business and personal banking needs. I have been coming to this location since they received a new "branch manager". I am appalled at the way she treats her staff and how unprofessional she is. All of the employees morale has decreased tremendously. She interrupts them with clients, and also when they ask for assistance,she always acts like she can't help.Ive never seen anyone have that many food dates in her office, and I run a business.And who wears slippers to work at a bank as a manager! I feel for these long time employees, but I may have to change banks!! So not acceptable

I use to enjoy this branch. Tryton and the rest of the crew are great. The new branch "manager" Christine is beyond rude, condescending and extremely passive/aggressive.Unfortunately, she thinks she can talk down to Regions customers as if she is superior and smarter. Regions has made a huge error in placing this employee in a customer service and management role.I hope someone at Regions in Birmingham TRULY looks at how this woman operates and how she treats employees and customers. It is shameful at best!

Get it together people, after waiting weeks to close on a loan, you finally paid the right credit card after making a mistake and paying the wrong one, only to RETRACT the payment in error putting me in arrears, FRUSTRATED DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN TO COVER IT!!

Definitely would not recommend this financial institution to anyone. Received a letter from the bank stating my account would be closed for no unknown reason. I didn’t have over drafts or anything. I reached out to Rachel Richardson the branch manager and she gave a reason the didn’t make sense either. As a bank I look for professionalism and courtesy. All other accounts we have here WE WILL BE CLOSING!!!!. She didn’t seem to careless about my inquiry. I will never do business or recommend ANYONE to this bank!!!. I went to another REAL institution that met our needs!!!

Very unprofessional untrained staff . Teller, Daisy rejected my check due to her not being familiar with the duties of her job description. Rejected my check and urged me to go to capital circle location which I did and had no issues .Never go to this location complete waste of time.

Dreadful service.I waited in my truck for 15 minutes while the only person inside was dealing with a customer.A new customer walked up and he started talking to them,while ignoring me.This is the worst service that ive had while dealing with regions bank.Theyve treated me better in the past.This is the reason why i left centennial bank in panama city fl on 23rd st,because of their treatment of me.Regions has got to do alot better than this if they want their business to continue to grow.

The guy who opened my account was great but they couldnt get my SSN and name to match (odd because it has never been an issue before) so I had to provide info. Kim, the branch manager, called me and I read her word for word the info I had and she said thats fine and to send it to her. A WEEK later I get an email that it isn’t acceptable information and she needs other things but it is 515pm on a Friday so I cant get her that info till Monday. I deposited a nice check yesterday without issue but today my account is overdrawn for almost the full amount of the check. I cant reach Kim and the branch itself doesnt have a number to call. Customer service doesnt even see the check I deposited yesterday. Rent and a car payment come out tomorrow but cant now because of their mistakes. I am calling my lawyer now since they waited so late and are unreachable by phone. Kim called me last Friday about the info so why couldnt she call me today??? They close accounts after 30 days if they dont have the info needed and my 30 days is up. Guess Kim doesnt care enough anout their customers to do things in a timely fashion. I sent the info last Friday and she just go to it. If an account closes that means they mail out a check. My rent payment and car payment cant wait “7-10 days” or whatever they say it will be. I had more than enough in my account to pay both but with the check causing an overdraft and locked account I cant pay either. Family just opened accounts there after me. I will be having them close theirs and withdrawing their money if they closed mine because Kim took so long to tell me they needed other information after telling me what I had was fine.

Consistently only 2 tellers working. Today, there was another guy behind the glass just standing around arms folded like he was directing stuff. Not lifting a finger to help. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged let alone taken care of. Apparently they were down to one computer. This is all the time we come to this bank. There are never enough people to take care of the customer base let alone pay attention. So glad this isnt my bank

Regions Banks is completely ridiculous. You will call and call only for them to forget to call you back as promised. This branch and company lacks empathy and compassion to people who keep them in business. I'm a new college grad trying to get established after a slow deduction my account was charged an overdraft fee. You'd be better off using Simple Bank who doesn't overdraft Even Wells Fargo is better than these guys .
