The guy who helped me (I believe the young man's name was reco for short) was amazing. Helped fix a problem that the customer service rep on the phone messed up badly. He was fast and very efficient. (My apologies if I messed the young man's name up) 100% customer satisfaction with the help I received.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door and asked if I needed assistance. The process wasn't long and the gentleman was very informative and polite. I was very pleased with their services

Took the time to go to the bank and get my check card , make the first deposit , signed papers and still ended up with a hold on my account because they did not have me sign a signature card before leaving.....DO BETTER....

Every single branch takes forever to complete simple deposits and transactions. This morning at the North Monroe branch there was 1 line open and 2 cars in front of me....it took 30 minutes for 1 car to be serviced....I am still sitting in line at 12:05 on a Saturday and been in line since 11:30. There are at least 5 cars behind me. The car currently in front of me has been at the window for 15 minutes and still isn't completed. You need to do better.

I deposited $800 in the ATM on last night only to receive a receipt stating there were technical issues and if I didn’t receive my items to visit a branch or call. I was there first thing this morning and was informed whom ever services the ATM would come out today and my funds will be deposited back into my account possibly this evening or tomorrow once they see the overage. I call to get an update and was given different info. It makes me never want to use an ATM again as well as close my account here. Customer service isn’t the best. The automotive phone service isn’t any better. I’m just over it!

I went to the new location North Monroe Street Leon County Tallahassee Florida I love what y'all did inside amazing customer service great Hospitality they even gave a treat to BABY my service animal but I told the gentleman she's on a special diet that gentleman is amazing he was scholar his name is James thank you James for being a great man and a great customer service family for Life regions ADA of 1990. #ADA30

Regions once again has failed me. I currently have a business account in my name and a new chair was elected so I needed to switch ownership. We drove two hours to meet in the middle (in Tallahassee at the North Monroe location) and we were not able to be seen since we did not have an appointment. We understand that due to COVID things are changing, however you would think that we would be accommodated since we drove a total of 4 hours to this bank. When it comes to hospitality this is not it. I typically am a positive person, however this just will not due. We work hard for our money and we should be with an entity that respects us and our finances. I see why this branch has a rating of one, I should have listened when I was warned. Please don’t be like me. Use anything but this location.
