Went through the wash today and halfway through we stopped for about a minute while the system continued to go. We were stopped between the brushes and water and during the prolonged time there as the brushes where beating my truck we heard a loud pop and turned around to see water pouring in our back glass and onto our back seat and our newborn child. It had busted the seals in our rear window. When confronting the manger about it.....they refused to take responsibility for it.......I've been going there consistently for over 2 years and after this they lost a loyal customer...........I will be contacting a lawyer.

Nice pull on track and tunnel but the vacuums don't pull and they don't have towels to wipe down the car with.

Very disappointed in how my truck was cleaned. Red Rapid specifically states they clean the undercarriage and my truck was completely dry with all the same sandy mud still on after coming out of the wash. There was also dirty sand still on my tailgate. It seemed like a good price which is why I chose it but don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

I usually go to whistle express car wash on capital circle and decided to give this place a try. Compared to other car washes, this business is not great. The broom used to clean off the bugs is extremely dirty and worn out, the vacuums are not strong, and there is no window cleaner provided. Whistle express car wash provides two types of vacuums, which is nice when working with small areas. They also provide complimentary air fresheners. Not to mention, the actual car wash itself didn’t seem to do much. It was rushed and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Expensive for what you get, vacuums are horrible wont clean carpets well at all, must purchase micro clothes, window cleaner , or detail packages ... which are all amenities the competition supplies inclusive to membership plans

The very best car wash in Tallahassee. Right next to the Subaru dealership. There are no metal racks to put car on. Feels more like a smooth conveyor belt. Powerful wash and all kinds of options. There is also a club membership if that works best for you. Good vacuum area too.

Just moved to the area and found this place. Did a run-through today with the top package. Car was way over-due for a wash and detail. Came-out clean, dry, and shiny! Used the vacuums as well, where clean microfiber cloths are also provided to get those nooks and crannies! Vacuums get the majority, but be careful not to scratch your plastics with the nozzle. Obviously not a traditional handwash and wax, but pretty darn close! More than worth the price and quite the time-saver! Definitely found our permanent car wash.

For $7.00 this was a great car wash! The wheels didn’t get very clean, but the car looked great, and it was dirty. The staff were not as energetic as other car washes in town, but it is a rather simple process to follow. Overall, this is a good bargain for good car wash.

Systems may have just been off today but I wasn’t impressed with the after product or the employee that sprayed just one side of my vehicle (with no lines and no apparent reason not to spray the other).

Was in Tallahassee during pollen season. This car wash was such a relief. Affordable. Easy to get in and out. Also, love the fresh towels and cleaning supplies.

Reasonably priced car wash, was quickly in and out. Vacuums were free and strong enough to clean. Multiple payment options including mobile tap which was nice. I do not have a membership but the one-time car wash options ranged from $7 to $27.
