Excellent and easy check-in system, love the tv monitor that show status of your check-in while waiting to be seen, friendly environment, phlebotomist knowledgeable about services requested on lab slip and quest policy all with great customer service skills with great attitude and smiles. ?

Useless behavior from “professionals”.

I walked in at 2pm. TINA decided at 3:30 to purge the list it was 3 of us left on the list. The other 2 people were not there one girl came from the back and called the first person on the list which wasn’t there. She went in the back and all of the ppl were deleted off the list. She left me on the list until 3:59. Then just deleted me. This is not the first time she has been nasty like this. It’s been times I went in they don’t know what they are doing. My labs have been drawn wrong and not spun in a timely fashion. Her and her staff is just nasty. I have an option to go to Labcorp and from now on I’ll be going there. You don’t have a walk in option then after people have sat there for 3 (other people were there longer) hours and tell them they can’t be seen and just take them off the list without an announcement. As yall, know some medication are dependent on labs. The fact they are rude and ghetto just tops the cake.

Tina was amazing. I usually have to be stuck 2-3 times before being able to give a blood sample. Tina got me on the first try. She was very professional, fast, nice and courteous. I will ask for her specifically at my future visits.

I had booked my apt online a few days before but when I sowed up it was realized that I had forgotten to hit the confirm button so I had to do walk in. The technician who helped me was very accommodating and nice about it. The wait wasn't that long and the technicians there are very sweet.

My mother in laws doctor had not called her order in when we arrived for our 3 o'clock appointment. The technician was very patient with us and let me call the doctors office and send the order via fax. Once it was received we were out of there in 10 minutes or less. Thanks

It took a while to get to me, wll past my appointment time, but I also asked for special consideration on which techs I work with. This lab location has worked hard to connect me with their very good team, I've been blessed.

Informed Medicare "may not cover" test when already sitting in the lab chair. However, tech provided no information or bases for this information, the cost of the test if one was to have to pay for it or how to proceed to ensure it is a medically necessary procedure PRIOR to taking test. The Quest billing system readily identified the "may not be approved test" immediately at the time the lab tech entered the orders in the system. No reason it cannot do so when the appointment is created if one could enter/upload tests/codes ordered. Lack of information places patient in a cage with no way to make an informed decision. Suggest that the portal allow for the upload of lab orders/codes and that any test not covered by patient's insurance(s) be disclosed at the time the appointment is scheduled and before the appointment date along with the costs for the test and reason it may not be covered so it may be discussed with the treating provider who ordered the lab. Feels like financial entrapment.

I had an appointment but still waited about 20 minutes, but checking in at the kiosk was fairly easy. My phlebotamist was excellent at her job - Sharon was professional but still very pleasant and easy-going despite her steady flow of patients. Barely any discomfort from the needle and no bruising. Yay!
