Our daughter has entered her 4th year as a resident at Quantum. She’s been at Quantum since starting at FSU. As a mom/parent, responsiveness by management to inquiries, questions, concerns are so important, in addition to feeling that management cares. I’m so appreciative of manager, Ms Annie, for making herself available when I called about an issue with my daughter’s car being towed. She took the time to listen, check into it and called me back the same afternoon. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to take a few minutes and assist, meant a lot!!

Renting the apartment was a very smooth experience. Alison Trezek is extremely helpful and made our lives so much easier. We did everything online and the communication between us was outstanding.

JD nutt is the BEST leasing manager i’ve ever came across. Super accommodating, such a great asset. Would sell my left kidney for him!! I hope they get the gnat problem under control because this is an amazing place to live. Highly recommended

Infested with flies. A fly outbreak happened twice in the span of four months. Doesn’t do anything about noise complaints either.

This is genuinely a terrible living experience.950$ a month is not worth it at all. For one, the complex does not dispose of waste properly, and the entire first floor of building 2 is constantly infested with flies. The AC in my unit has broken a total of 5 times within one semester, in addition to the appliances breaking which were provided by quantum. Rather than fix the issue at hand, quantum uses cheap quick fixes for the AC and pest problems, which leads to them breaking soon again anyways. Overall, stay away from this place unless you want flies landing on you every second, landing on your food, or if you want your apt to be 81 degrees the majority of the time you live here. You guys suck

Apartment is very nice, room is big. Closet is exceptional. Management and staff have been friendly and helpful. My daughter has had no issues. I would recommend this complex

For the most part I have loved it here so far! The apartments are nice and the amenities are great! Staff is usually very helpful and friendly as well. My only issue is my unit was promised that our couch would be replaced as when we moved in it was all torn up but then management decided they changed their mind and never changed it out.

They deducted $800 from the deposit for unreasonable things. Knowing that I sent them an email and explained that I had only lived for 10 months and my roommate had been in the apartment for 3 years and that since I came to the apartment it is in the same shape that I left it on, and that all the problems that exist are from my roommate, yet he took this exaggerated amount from me.
Unfortunately, when I contacted them, they gave me completely illogical excuses, as if they were looking for any reason not to return the rest of the deposit, and took advantage that I was new to America and did not speak English well and did not know the laws

My daughter just moved in to QWC due to the excellent location and proximity to FSU - not to mention secure buildings with interior doors. We were a bit bummed to find some of the furnishings in the furnished apartment not up to our standards. I reached out to the property manager, JD, directly and was very impressed when he called me right back to discuss a solution to be implemented within a couple of hours. In addition to fixing the problem, he sent us an email summary later in the day to share how it was resolved and setting expectations on one outstanding issue. From talking to friends, students are often blown-off or bulldozed by property managers who take advantage of their naivete. I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and follow through from JD at Quantum. It left me feeling better about my daughter's new home away from home.

The location is great and most of the staff are great; however, their hands are tied by greedy corporate ownership. The rent was already high and was raised again to obscene prices before all the fantasy fees are included. Additionally, management made moves like replacing floors midsemester without resident input which was quite a hassle for floors that were worse than before. Communication wasn't always the best either. Maintenance was fine in my opinion. But the obscene prices and puzzling decisions put Quantum in the lower tier of Tallahassee student housing.

I'm quite impressed with living at Quantum. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities are great, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a communal lounge area. The community is also pet-friendly.

Don’t sign here. It’s a nice place but management does not care about the issues and they keep raising the price the longer your stay you’ll get robbed

If I could write a 0 star review, I would. Management is the WORST and they do not communicate with residents about any important issues. Staff is very rude. The property manager does not know what he is doing half the time and delivers false promises for his convenience. The gym has no airconditioning, water, or wipes. There was a fly infestation where we had to contact the health department in order for anything to get done. They have a rat problem and placed rat traps along the dog courtyard without telling dog owners of the rat poisoning. The doors to the outside building were unlocked for months because they did not have enough “funds” to fix it, although we were promised locked doors. The roomate matching is terrible and has ruining a year for me in college due to the uncomfortableness of my living situation. Amenities are NEVER functional so your paying basically for nothing. I could write an entire book on how awful this place is, please do not live here for ur own good and safety.
