Every time I go to this Publix I am greeted by this black lady who always have a big smile on her face as she welcomes everyone that walks into the store. There's no shopping cart returns out in the parking lot areas, except for the concrete ones all the way back towards the front of the store, so there are carts all over because people don't want to walk all the way back to the store to return their carts.
