This Publix location was open early, thankfully, after realizing I had forgotten the most important ingredient for my lemon cake and was unable to find it at another store. It has certainly changed in the years since I was a HS and college student working there to earn money for grad school. Plentiful parking and easy in and out.Customer service was what would expect.Not overly friendly but good enough.

Publix is not the same everywhere you go. However, the Tallahassee Publix was exceptional. The pharmacy was well stocked with employees who were pleasant and efficient. The store was also clean and very pleasant to be in.

Store isn't laid out the best if you're not familiar with it. I only went because it was close to my hotel. Prices are extremely high. I was the youngest customer in the store & I am not the new kid by any means.

They never have your meds done when they say they will. They will tell you 2 hours and they still won’t have it ready 2 days later.

Took four $1.99 fruit cups to the register. 3 didn’t have the price sticker. Cashier said she needed 3 with the sticker. Sent an employee but none had a sticker. Sent me to customer service. They said they had to have cups with the stickers. I asked to see the manager. Customer service finally decided they could check me out at the price displayed $1.99 each, just like I and the employee sent to check told them. Finally talked to the manager and told her how ridiculous it was that I had to go through all that. Crickets. Publix should be better.

Hardly ever have all of your prescriptions ready even with a solid 24-48 hours of prior notice. Staff isn’t very attentive or helpful... failed to notify me there was another un-filled prescription waiting for my wife that they would end up filling less than an hour after I left the store, but they act like I received all the prescriptions. Partially on me for not knowing everything they were SUPPOSED to have ready, but a large portion falls on them for not having a routine prescription ready after 2 days and then not telling me there was an extra prescription they were going to fill... have definitely received much better service from other pharmacies.

It is a smaller store and the workers take you to where you need, and all workers are nice and answer questions.

Publix is the best in the Tallahassee area no matter what the store policy's are and national politics are . Publix main mission is to sell the best groceries. Treat all customers as royalty. The fact that people in this line of business are actually Frount line workers and get very little recognition or respect for the wonderful work they do , is a very sad situation for such wonderful folks . I would give them 10 stars if I could .

My husband and I went to get our flu shot today. It was totally awesome. Very professional, efficient, and fast.
