So Im already a huge Publix fan as they provide the best service that I’ve had from a retail store that I’ve ever experienced. Today was special, I had Achilles Surgery and was in the store with my 6 yo daughter. Not only did the shift manager meet us at the door coming in prepped the ecart for me and took my crutches to put behind the customer service desk for me but as were checking out it had started raining. This woman literally got an umbrella held it over my daughter and I followed us to the truck umbrella in one hand crutches in the other. She let my daughter and I get in the truck, she put my crutches and the groceries in for us. Talk about a sense of humility and kindness, thank you.
