Apparently this Publix is extremely confused about what Memorial Day is about. When you walk in the door and see balloons that say "Yay USA". Memorial Day is to remember the men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 4th of July is for celebrating our independence. Probably should save the "Yay USA" balloons for the 4th of July. I am not sure who the white female in the bakery with the red hair in a bun but she definitely needs a lesson in customer service. You can stand in front the bakery waiting for service and she will just look at you. But any one else who “looks like her” walks up she runs up front to assist. This is a bad look for Publix. I will stop purchasing anything in that bakery. It’s sad to people act this way and not to mention extremely unprofessional!

I switched to this pharmacy late last year (2021) after too many horrible experiences at CVS. The staff at Publix pharmacy has been very helpful with my meds. I see several negative reviews on here, but they are from more than a year ago. This pharmacy has been good to me so far. If you're thinking about switching, give Publix a try.

Really frustrating experiences here. I’ve been told several times recently that something would be ready at a certain time and it’s not. For example, yesterday I was told a prescription would be ready at 3pm. I called about 4:40 to make sure it was ready. I was told half an hour. I showed up 45 minutes later and had to wait another 15 minutes.

So I wanted to transfer all mine and my sons prescriptions here ! I’ve tried calling for over an hour , they pick up and don’t answer and send you to be on hold forever ! Once someone answered to immediately put me on hold ! This is not acceptable! And sadly how many people like me now won’t switch their families to this pharmacy ! I except more from Publix !

They don't seem to want to work. My husband used them. Three days in a row his prescription were supposed to be ready, three days in a row it was not. The only thing they are consistent with is being inconsistent.
