The services in the deli is horrible at 730 amen you have 5 people working and no one on the line to serve you if your trying to get something. I hate this Publix and then the come to the deli counter with an attitude.

Aint no way my dinky ass sandwich took an hour to make from online order. Waited 30 mins in store when everyone who were walk ins were being served within 15. Aint nooooo wayyy.

I ordered 15 items via Instacart for my daughter away at college, 3 items chicken breast and 2 yogurts were not available. 3 items needed to be refunded and 3 items were changed to different brands or non organic. Store MANAGER should do better at keeping food in stock! This is a college town and kids depend on the publix having items available to them. DO BETTER

So... I go here all the time, order all the time. However today I ordered a pubsub, when i arrived it wasn't ready so I waited 10 mins and asked if it was ready. The rude publix worker said "does it look ready. Can you see OBVIOUSLY we are busy" she could have been way nicer. So I waited 47 MINUTES for my pub sub that was half a*** never coming here again.

Dont get a sub here. Idk what the hell they do back there but if you like waiting 45 minutes to an hour then go ahead. I guess my life mystery will always be how do they take so long.

My sub maker nickname China was the sweetest and kindest person I have ever met working at Publix. I have been going to Publix for 18 years and she was the best worker I have met. Get subs from china , you will enjoy the time you spend with her !

I went to go get a sub and when I went to go eat it there was a hair in my food and my friends food and not only was there a hair in her food but the worker making her sub was sweating all in it and rub it off while making the sub then as a drink we bought an Arizona tea and it did not taste right at all we even asked two of our friends and they agreed it did not taste right so disappointed that this store has got this down bad :'( xoxo (would give 0 starts but have to give one)

Shannon is a great associate.Brandon is also a really cool employee and remembers faces, which makes the shopping experience a good time.Shannon, as previously stated, has a high level of patience making the experience good even when the other customers might be salty.The beer selection is a bit scarce, but that’s not a big deal
