Just purchased my first Honda through Proctor Honda and was overjoyed to have the deal completed so quickly!
My sales person was Robert L Cox and I can’t say enough nice things about him. First of all, he was very personable, knowledgeable and generated no feelings of pressure to buy. I absolutely dread to car shop because of high pressure sales people. Robert completely put me at ease and worked ceaselessly to accommodate our financial limits. He was very fast and got everything done so that we were out on the road in our new vehicle in the shortest time I’ve ever spent doing a car deal.
Overall and far above this was my best car purchase experience ever and I love, love, love my beautiful and spaciousHonda Odyssey!

Terrible “service”. Came to take my mom’s car in for an oil change/rotation this past Monday. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time for 11:30AM. I waited 2.5 hours and they didn’t do ANYTHING to the car. I told them to give me back the car immediately as waiting over 2.5 hours for an OIL change is beyond ridiculous! The manager “Bruce” said that they did in fact complete the oil change and that he wouldn’t charge due to the inconvenience but then called my mom and I later on that day stating we needed to bring the car back in. Turns out the oil was not changed and the car was not serviced in any way and they accidentally let that slip over the phone. We will never be coming back for service here again and we will not be buying from this dealership in the future. They lied stating that they completed the services in which they did not. I believe the only reason they asked me to bring the car back in is due to the fearfulness when I challenged them to take it to someone else to see if they actually completed the oil change.
Had I not had this experience, my mom would have continued come here. Also, I am in need of a car and planned on looking to buy from them but never after this experience. They just lost TWO customers. My mom’s Honda is paid off. Good luck to anyone that gets service done here.
I went to Deerlake middle school with Emily Proctor and she was my friend in 6th grade. It’s so sad to see this family business being run the way it is at Proctor Honda.

Just purchased my 4th Honda from Proctor Honda. I've owned 2 Accords and now my 2nd CRV. Buying experience and service experience are the best. Trevor was delightful to work with.

I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Proctor Honda. My first experience with the dealership was 12 years ago when I purchased a Ridgeline. I remembered the way I was treated then and returned expecting the same level of service. However, Mike, William and the entire Proctor team far surpassed my expectations. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered the door and received superb service throughout the purchase process. I look forward to my continued relationship with Proctor Honda.

Stuart was great to deal with. This is our second time to buy from him. Always courteous and friendly. We love driving Honda cars and will definitely go back to Stuart and Proctor next time we need a new Honda.
UPDATE: yesterday (6/21/24) we bought our third Honda in eight years from Stuart and Proctor Honda. Stuart is the best to work with. Always friendly, always courteous. I would recommend Stuart to anyone. Stuart and Proctor continue to deliver a five star performance every time.
UPDATE: This past week (8/16/24) we bought our fourth Honda in eight years from Stuart and Proctor Honda. I cannot say enough good things about Stuart and Proctor Honda. Stuart provided all the information we needed to make our decision and got us exactly what we wanted. Having lived in Tallahassee nearly thirteen years and being a Honda owner for seventeen years, Proctor Honda’s service department has been simply the best at keeping all of our Honda vehicles in tip top shape. I continue to give Stuart and Proctor the highest recommendation for the five star service they continue to deliver.

Terrible service, terrible work, awful dealership. Won’t wash your car for an oil change because ‘it’s not a service’. That’s exactly what an oil change is. Also tried to scam and get us to buy a new battery that was under warranty by Honda. Go anywhere else, avoid this place at all costs.

Trevor is a very courteous gentleman. He is a very helpful and polite person. An excellent experience with him. Proctor Honda should hire more salespeople like Trevor! He is very respectful of consumers' taste and preferences. I recommend Trevor to all potential customers!

Mike and his people really worked with our car guy Don to get us the perfect kind of ride. My wife asked what else might be available after she didn't care too much for our first test drive, and the next one Mike brought us she LOVED. Taking a second look was the move, and Mike didn't make us feel pressured or rushed at all. We bought our van there ten years ago, and we felt the same good customer service we did now as we did the last time.

I just bought a new Honda Ridgeline from Proctor Honda. The truck is great! and so was the service from Proctor Honda. Robert Cox was able to answer all of my questions and even track down a truck from out of town for me that had all the right specs for me.

A fantastic place to buy a vehicle and to get your car serviced! I bought a car here last year and had a wonderful, hassle-free experience. Yesterday, I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but they had a power outage when I arrived. I called first thing this morning, and Bruce informed me they had no appointments available but assured me they would fit me in. When I arrived, Christina apologized for the inconvenience yesterday. Carlos then took excellent care of me! From start to finish, the appointment was smooth and great.

Just purchased my second Odyssey from Proctor. Asked for Robert Cox again and had the same great experience as the first time. Robert is professional, knowledgeable, and comfortable to work with. He answers questions respectfully and goes the extra mile to be sure you're informed. Kudo's also to Trey, who has fish dip coming from St. George! Thanks, guys.

My husband and I were midway through a 6 hour road trip with 5 little kids and our car broke down. Scott and the service team got us right in and took excellent care of us. Cannot recommend this dealership and their service department enough! So thankful for their help, expertise and kindness.

I have been a service customer for my 2021 CRV and have always been impressed with the entire team. So when I need to replace it due to a crash that totaled my '21, I thought I'd try Proctor's to at least look and possibly buy.
I'm very pleased I did; Mike Grindberg is an excellent representative for Honda. Patient, kind, informative and low-key in his presentation and explanation of all things regarding the car I chose..
What can I say; love the car, loved the experience and highly recommend Mr. Mike!
