Great hoagie shop in Tallahassee. The manager, Ted, is excellent at customer.service. I just placed a Catering order for the Super Bowl.

PrimoHoagies billboard on Tennessee St caught my attention lately. hoagies look mouthwatering good. Gave it a try after the Noles softball game this afternoon. Parking was easy and close by. 1 customer was eating his sandwich. The place was clean. Menu boards easy to read. Peasant attendant taking orders. We ordered the featured Italian with all the fixings - no pickles or mayonnaise. Also ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with peppers, onions, provolone cheese. My friend ordered the #1 Turkey hoagie with everything on it. Once home, my wife and I dug into the Italian and Cheesesteak. The cheesesteak ingredients were heated in TurboChef type oven (like Publix uses). Destroyed the meat and cheese. Hard and crusty. Onions and peppers weren't recognizable. Suggest the operator's go around the corner and try Jersey Mikes - Big Kahuna cheesesteak. Done on a flattop grill as it should be. The Italian - sorry to say - mediocre. Some of the meat was unchewable. Bread not fresh and very chewy. Not sure who voted this chain "America's Best" because, IMO, it's not as good as Mike's, Publix, Helluva Sub, Jimmy Johns. Was a disappointment.

GREAT sandwich’s just like up north in NJ!! The manager Tod and Kiera were amazing the kind of customer service you only get up north and it’s so nice to have it in

Ordered from here for the first time today. I got the Italian. It was filled with meat which was great. The bread was too hard for my taste. Food was done fast. Will I be back? Probably not. The food is fine but it's just not for me.

Great Italian sandwiches and wonderful customer service. I love the Sharp Italian. The deli meat is fresh and sliced perfectly. If we didn't live an hour away, we'd probably eat there at least once a week.

My husband and I shared a medium sharp italian sub and it was perfect. When we left he was wishing we had gotten the 2ft sub to take home. Since we aren't in Tallahassee very often, I'm sure that's what we'll be doing next time.

I’ve only ordered via delivery but the meatball sub is absolutely superb! All that I’ve tried have been amazing and they’re HUGE. Lots of food, authentic high quality cuts and cheeses.. down to the peppers. Hands down my favorite spot in Tallahassee.MEATBALL 10000000/10

Nicest restaurant manager in town. I sure would like to see this place succeed, it is so good. Best sub around. You need this place in a different location.

I'm staying in town for a graduation, and I'm eating one of THE MOST DELICIOUS SUBS I've ever had. Like, ridiculously good. Thin sliced, melt-in-your-mouth tender, medium rare roast beef on perfect fresh bakery bread. I can only hope that 1) they open a location in Gainesville, or 2) I can convince my kids to go to grad school at FSU so I can get more of these sandwiches. I can only vouch for the roast beef (so far), but I can't wait to get more of these subs!Edit: Just realized there IS a Gainesville location, opening soon... seriously looking forward to patronizing this place on the regular ;)

Don't know how they stay in business with these prices!!! The eggplant sub was good, but might as well go to a restaurant.

When I walked in they were blasting Judge Judy so loud that I could barely communicate with the guy behind the counter, who didn’t seem to care. He was nice enough to inform me that the Italian I ordered doesn’t come with any toppings, so I had to figure that out on my own. They gave me mayo in packets instead of putting it on the sandwich for me. If I wanted to make a sandwich myself, I’d just go home and do exactly that.
