Purchased a car from here. Everything was extremely smooth and efficient. The team is very trustworthy and honest. I had the pleasure of working with Roman, who stood out for his honesty and down-to-earth demeanor. He was incredibly nice and approachable, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Roman took the time to explain every detail and was upfront about all aspects of the car. His integrity and genuine kindness made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the purchase. I also interacted with Tom, who was equally helpful and dedicated. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to assist me and complete my purchase. I highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future. Buy with confidence.

Roman was fantastic! We originally went to look at a car on the lot but ended up not buying it. Roman spent several days searching other dealerships/sellers for the car we were looking for. There was never any pressure. He was very polite and helpful. He truly wanted to help us find what we were looking for. An added bonus is that he and his family just rescued a dog! (Which tells me he's a good human!) A++ job, Roman!

The car sales person wasn't above board with us. He originally told us the car had never been wrecked. When I asked for the report on the vehicle, he sent me limited information. I did my own research and discovered that the vehicle had been in Canada for several years, had been in an accident in which the damage was so that the vehicle had to be towed from the accident scene. Also there were gaps in car ownership.
When I told the salesperson that we wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle, he flippantly informed me, "the vehicle will sell. I have several other people who are interested in it. There is nothing wrong with it mechanically.". Oh really?? Maybe not mechanically, but structurally there is. And who wants to do business with someone who borders on the verge of being dishonest?

If I could give them a 0 star I would! They need to be closed down immediately! I got my truck from here and within the first week started having problems. When I informed the dealership they were so happy to fix it. They kept my truck for a week! I had to keep calling to check on my car and everyday it was something new. When it was time to get my car I was told my truck had been fixed. Upon leaving I started having the same issues! When I took my truck to be checked again they said the issue was not resolved and was told the dealership lied about fixing it! I then called to let the dealership know I was having the sane issues! Ive been calling for a whole month waiting on then to fix it. Being lied to over and over. I had to start using others phone because they stopped answering my phone call!! The problem is not that I cant pay to get it fixed, the problem is I was sold a janky car and was told they would fix it! I wasted my money! Please dont waste yours!!!!

Premier helped me locate a Volvo V70R wagon, in good condition. The car is not that common, but they had success locating me one via auction. Great price and a smooth transaction. They handled all the paperwork, and even had the car delivered to my house. A++

If I could give no stars I would…I bought a truck from them in October of 2023, it took them 3 months AND me getting my license suspended for them to fill out all the necessary paperwork for registration and title. Context on that was I switched plates from my project vehicle and was explicitly told everything would be switched over within the month by them as the dealer/selling party. And now on top of that this truck started hemorrhaging oil and the bill racked up to a nice 6k. And even now after all that work was completed as soon as I noticed it, as of late February of 2024 the truck needs a whole new engine and the only reason I’m not going after them is because I covered my butt with a warranty from my bank and no longer want anything to do with this business. Will upload all service receipts and records if they try to deny that they didn’t look me in the face throughout the selling process saying that the truck was mint it’s all good and up to date. Bunch of lazy liars. Eager to sell and not so eager on follow up communication.

Cedric is the most honest car salesman I’ve ever spoken to. We did not even buy from him but he still got us hooked up with some incredible financing, had quality cars, and was overall a pleasure to do business with.

WASTED SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY- wish I had listened to the last reviewer!
My husband and I bought a truck from their lot that they posted on Facebook. They are in Tallahassee and we’re in Jacksonville so we wired them the money on 11/20, but they kept telling me they couldn’t schedule delivery until the paperwork was sent back. We received the paperwork and overnighted it back and after 2 days I checked back with them and they said they “put in for dispatch, but couldn’t get anyone to pick it up and bring it to us”?
That made no sense because within 15 minutes I was able to find a company near them that picked the truck up and had it to us within that same day.
But lo and behold, the truck gets delivered and there is NO PAPERWORK. No bill of sale, they DID NOT give us a tag- even though we paid for it. I called the DMV this morning and NEITHER THE TAG NOR TITLE have been transferred yet. Legally, this truck isn’t even ours and we certainly can’t drive it anywhere!
Not to mention, the VIN they gave us and the VIN on the truck don’t match…
So do I have a stolen truck?
I can’t get them to answer the phone now so I’m hoping this review will get their attention and the manger will finally call me like I’ve requested several times.
Oh, and the truck is infested with German cockroaches, something we would have loved to know before, but I’m sure they neglected telling us for a reason.

DO NOT buy a car from here i spent 16k on a truck 2 weeks later the engine was bad, mechanic said i need a whole new motor. the dealership doesn't Wana do anything about it they will turn around and say they sold it to you as is...if i can help anyone it'll save you a headache and some money.

Took my daughter there to get a car, she’s from GA soon as she left the lot and got half way to Quincy which is like 12 miles the car started smoking…They didn’t wana accept vehicle back, neither give my daughter credit, she literally dosent even want toLive in Florida now because of this
