Let me just tell you how awesome each of them are! My daughter is out there for college and they have been nothing short of amazing. I would probably drive all the way from GA to bring my car to them. Customer service is the best I've ever seen at an auto place! You all from my entire family, we thank you!!!

My daughter that goes to FSU scratched her car getting out of a parking spot and being out of town I had to make a decision on finding a shop that would do a decent job on her car. Since the moment I called them and spoke to Marsha (who is the sweetest and kindest lady) I had a feeling to just pick this body shop and I am so glad that I did. She got an estimate of the damage quickly and the job was scheduled and finished in two days. Extremely happy with the results and the customer service. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for doing an excellent job!

I was beyond impressed with the dedication and effort put in when handling my car. My car was back on the road in two days as promised and she went above and beyond for me coming in on her day off to allow me to pick up my car. I have been recommending them to everyone. They are truly awesome.

Idk who the girl is that answers the phone but they aren't happy with their job, she answered said hello in a sarcastic/condescending voice and then the line went blank, tried calling back and they didn't pick up, guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was in a car accident and was expecting repairs to take a while (the other places I called in Tallahassee were going to take a couple months), and they were done in about three weeks. I had to have the muffler replaced, the bumper replaced, and some spots painted. They were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!Services: Exhaust

Awesome family like service, my 2018 f150 needed a total frt end repair, airbag, seatbelt etc. from an accident and between Insurance and Preferred the parts got ordered asap and with a little wait my truck was back and beautiful once again. This is my main work and pleasure vehicle so time was of the essence. Marsha and Carl and the team did all they could to get it done as fast as possible.

They gave me a very straightforward and honest assessment of the cost, and kept me appraised to the timing very actively, and did not try to charge me more than they claimed they would. COME TO THIS PLACE!! Reasonable prices and great service. They put in a new bumper guard because mine was damaged, and a few days later the guard came loose. I came back and they popped it back in no questions asked! They provide great service and are super friendly and trustworthy. Sometimes body shops can be intimidating. As a female college student, I appreciate it!!

Great friendly people who did outstanding job. The car drive better then when it was new!!. They go beyond what I find to be normal in today world to insure we were satisfied.
