Octiva showed me everything I wanted to see and try on with patience and excitement when something looked beautiful on me!! I love her energy!! The sapphire bracelet we both loved and I got. The earrings and rings too. She showed me everything single charm in the case and didn’t mind how long it took. Businesses need more people like Octiva. I can tell she really cares about her customers. I even told her about a specific XO necklace I’m looking for and she took a picture of it on her phone from my phone and told me she would call me if something like it comes up- while also adding my name to a wish list book they have.
