I can't praise Patients First enough for their impeccable service. They truly saved my life during a frightening allergic reaction to pollen. My symptoms were severe – tight chest, wheezing, and difficulty breathing. Making an appointment was a breeze, taking less than five minutes. Upon arrival, they checked me in promptly and the nurse who attended to me was incredibly kind, friendly, and empathetic. The doctor was remarkably attentive, explaining each procedure thoroughly and ensuring I understood the effects and benefits. They administered breathing treatments and a steroid shot with great care. The doctor even took the time to check on me multiple times, which was a first for me in a medical setting. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and I left with the prescriptions I needed. Thanks to their expertise and compassion, what started as a terrifying experience turned into a night-and-day difference. Patients First has earned my trust and will be my go-to for any future medical needs. Highly impressed and deeply grateful for their exceptional care.

The nurse and doctor were very kind. when I first arrived, I was getting high BP readings. It was later determined that the blood pressure unit that was being used was not working properly. The nurse got a more manual device for testing blood pressure and the reading she received was more accurate 138/90, which is high on the low end, but better than the original readings that I was getting on the other unit being used. I test my blood pressure almost every day and the reading that the nurse kept getting, were higher than any readings that I have been getting in the last year on my VA blood pressure machine. overall, my experience was good at this facility.

I Went to Patients First as I was in town on business and came down with what I thought was Covid.The receptionist was warm and welcoming and made the check in process simple and quick. I could not find my insurance card so she actually went online, did the research, and was able to pull up a copy for me… Truly, with the extra yard!The doctor that saw me 20 minutes later probably had the best bed-side manner that I've ever experienced. He made it clear that I was important and that my getting better quickly was his focus. He definitely was different than many other doctors as he was very down to earth and did not have any type of pompous type attitude.I would highly recommend this place.George P

When I walked in was informed about waiting time and I was ok with that. The place is clean and neat. The receptionist and the nurse were polite, friendly and attentive. Dr. Peters treated me very well, he is very knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and professional. Overall Patient’s First (Appleyard) has amazing, friendly, kind and excellent professional staff.
