Needed our car towed and Zach really helped us out. Not only did he get there very quickly but was extremely friendly and helpful. Zach was very knowledgeable and was very careful about how the car was pulled from the drive way. 100% would recommend using parkway and would absolutely use them again! Ask for Zach!!

Had to move a garage/shed approx 100 feet. Waited a week for driver, which wasn't a problem however, the driver and his helper were extremely rough with my building. We are now fixing the damage that was done. Instead of fully loading the building onto the flatbed they allowed it to hang more than halfway off then "bounce" it off which caused damage which we are now repairing. I know it's an older building but was manhandled beyond what was necessary and for this I paid $300.

I just have to say a big THANK YOU to Parkway Towing Service. I especially have to call out Rick and ‘Pickle’ — thank you, thank you!We were traveling through Tallahassee on our way to Orlando when all of a sudden, our truck suffered a critical failure and could no longer haul our rv, or even drive.What was a scary situation for us (especially being from out of town) was made all the smoother thanks to the kindness of this company, and their quick, knowledgeable team! While I was still on the phone with our roadside assist and working through our insurance, my partner had not only gotten in touch with Parkway but they had already arrived while I was still on hold! They were so knowledgeable and were well prepared for our unique situation of the truck and rv.Not only that, the owner Frank was so kind in working to getting us the knowledge and opportunity in determining what to do with the now-broken truck.I could go on and on, so let me just say I HIGHLY recommend this company, and am so thankful for their kindness and support in an incredibly difficult and stressful situation. Thank you, Parkway!

After waiting for Payless towing(insurance choice) for over three hours I called parkway and Josh was so helpful and nice on the phone and told me that he’d have someone out to help me in under an hour. Lonny called me less than 20minutes later to let me know he was on the way. Lonny was super helpful with everything and overall made the whole experience of having my car towed pleasant. 10/10 would recommend them. Chris E is an amazing human being and employee! !! He was absolutely wonderful helping my college student daughter !! Not only did he jump start my daughter’s car but he followed her to the place where he recommended she purchase her battery!!! THEN - he made sure they would put it in before he left ! Now that is not only over the top service but a true example what our world needs more of—compassionate and caring AMERICANS !!! Thank you Chris from the bottoms of my heart !!

Yesterday on 2/16/24 I decided to grab a bite to eat with my child. As we were abt to leave, I realized my car wasn’t cranking bk up. I called my insurance company to send me out assistance. As they did, the 1st company that came out did the bare minimum, and was very eager to tow my car, despite of me sharing with him (it might be a simple problem, and asked could he check what I thought it was first) as to why it wasn’t starting up. So the guy ended up calling my insurance company, notifying them of me wanting a tow (in which I never stated to him that I did.) The rep stated to him she has to check in with me first to see if that’s what I wanted. Well she called me to ask, I politely told her no, and that I needed a simple matter checked before considering a tow. That’s when I requested to her of me wanting the towing company they sent out to me in the past, because they have always went above and beyond for me without me asking. I shared with her I don’t remember the name of the towing company, so she told me that she could look up the company for me. The rep so kindly gave me the name of the company which is “ Parkway Wrecker Service INC.” The rep made contact with them, and got me going! My tow driver that showed was Tim!! Tim went over the moon in the attempt to help me get my car started. He listened to me, was very patient, kind, and very knowledgeable in his field! Although it ended up being my starter that was the problem, he still looked into the simple issue I thought it may have been. Tim kindly towed my car, as well as my child and I home safely!! Thank you Tim, and the rest of the crew who also helped me in the past, because y’all are definitely on one accord, and that’s how a business is supposed to be ran. Parkway Wrecker Service INC. is my #1 towing service in Tallahassee Florida hands down❗️If you’re looking for an honest tow company who’s going to consider your feeling, and go over to moon in attempting to understand your car’s problem “before the tow, then don’t hesitate to give them a call FIRST .

Parkway wreckers is your go to place when it comes to towing, relocating and delivering sheds. Carl Thompson the driver has delivered several hundred sheds for us without a single complaint and we cant be more thankful for his professionalism. He made the most difficult and near impossible deliveries seem easy, and goes above and beyond to make sure the shed is level and secure for many years to come. 10 out of 5 stars
