I ordered a Beta motorcycle from this dealership. 2 months later, not due to the dealership but shipping delays on the west side of the country I finally received the call to get my motorcycle. After driving a few hours there, my bike had not been ridden to test, did not have the correct tune in it (Beta USA tells them to flash the current tune into the bike upon receipt), my chain was very loose, there was hardware all over the bike that was loose, my handlebars were off center in the clamps, my air filter only had shipping oil in it instead of being properly prepped--which we pay for--and my steering dampener was not installed correctly. There was bind in my steering due to this solely.
A Voyager PRO was supposed to be installed on the bike, yet the wrong one was ordered. I had this dealership remit the money to the purchase price of the bike. Upon further investigation when I got home, I had no speedometer reading, a constant low fuel light, and no engine hour meter. The harness behind the headlight was also an absolute rat's nest, whatever they messed with was left unsecured, and my speedometer connection was dangling. Zip ties that hold some of it together were loose and slash or not replaced. This was very shoddy work to say the least.
We were also told that the factory spring on these bikes, beta 500 special editions that my friend and I bought we're going to be plenty for our weight, me at 200 lb and my friend at 290. Orion himself, the owner, told us he's 350 lb and it holds him up just fine. This is not the case. Do your research in the manual and on race tech, and I am at the upper limit if not over by a couple pounds of the factory spring, my friend is much more. The special editions come with a KYB suspension off of the motocross bike.
Furthermore, we were told they would be flashing the bikes. I have since taken mine and another friend's standard 500 to Clanton Alabama and all has been verified incorrect and incorrectly installed, no filter oil that they were supposed to do, etc as previously mentioned. Beta corporate is now involved, though everything was covered under warranty and fixed. After being lied to, numerous times by the way, and the poor maintenance on my bike, the way it was left with the wiring harness, to include how connectors were wobbling greatly like they weren't even in their spot where they were supposed to be, these people will never touch my bike again nor will I do business with them again. So much wrong was done that I cannot stomach it further.
The other special edition bike had wear on the rear brake (like someone stood on that rear brake a bit for the entire half hour or really rode the rear brake in a slide at least once), one half hour of ride time on the hour meter already, which is not a test ride at ALL but someone took the liberty of joyriding with my friend's bike. Not cool. There was mud dried underneath his bike for sure; I saw this with my very own eyes when we came to pick up the bikes. Furthermore, there were no incentives while another dealership could have offered us a lot more off the bike to begin with (wish I had known before I pre-ordered).
Now, the other dealership in Clanton has people that actually believe in and ride these things in races. They told me that the newer frames do not need a steering dampener, but it's already on there so I said leave it. I can turn it up and down as I like. That being said, the bushing was grinding on the neck of the frame when Orion Motorsports delivered the bike to me. It has since been corrected in Clanton.
Just stating the facts here, though I'm sure someone will come up here to try and negate every bit of it. That being said, another dealership saw all of it and reported it to Beta USA, so good luck. I'm sure these guys will be getting a call soon from corporate... Also, good luck there. Thanks for doing three combat vets dirty like this. So sad.

While traveling through the area, my CanAm Spyder experienced a technical issue, prompting us to carefully navigate it over 50 miles to our hotel. The next morning, we promptly sought assistance from Orion's, where they immediately inspected the bike and diagnosed it with a faulty cam sensor. Regrettably, they didn't have the part in stock, and the standard ordering process would take several days. Fortunately, we managed to locate the required part in Nashville and arranged for it to be expedited to us. Orion swiftly installed the new sensor the following morning, allowing us to resume our journey by noon. Such exceptional service is rare where we're from, and we truly appreciate the dedication of Orion and his team to their customers, even those from out of town. Kudos to Orion and his team for ensuring our vacation remained on track. Great store, exceptional staff, and top-notch service. A heartfelt thank you to Orion and his team for their outstanding support.

I have been growing up in shops my whole life. It sickens me to see a company willing to screw over a reliable customer over pride. I have been in and out this shop multiple times buying things we need . but I’ve lived here for 3 years now, I believe in supporting your local stores but when you have helmets galore that are on a shelf just dry-rotting away and absolutely filled with dust that and the helmets are at least 5 years old u gotta budge something…and when coming for a fly helmet that the design I fell in love with years ago u have listed for 199 dollars I asked since the item is legit dusted out and dry rotting padding is wore out from people pulling it off the shelf the best offer u could give is a 10% discount?! Fly is selling up to date helmets with way better protection for less. How dare you give a reliable customer that offer. You should be ashamed of yourself for even offering that type of discount for the one thing that might save my life. Put ur pride aside and help folks out without robbing them. My recommendation order online or go to somebody who cares about your safety.
and for the owner who wanted to block my reply u know u in the wrong. Ur store is on the verge of closing down anyways lol we will see everything soon just everybody was right about everything with y’all ?
