New ownership and property management team are trying very hard to catch up with years of neglect and deferred maintenance on the property. Making good progress but long road ahead to fix all pending’s. 5 starts for new management team / 3 for actual repairs progress. Hope they keep their improvement efforts.

She tour guide was very kind and very informative. The apartments were subpar at best…too many Greek doing what they do for our taste. Too much party and a lot less school.

New management under property manager Joey is much better than the old management, responds to concerns quickly and is super easy to get in contact with. New renovations also underway.
